We have had 2 separate occasions that new guests entered our room with keycards just given out by reception. (And maybe more after we left for dinner). Maybe it was because it was hectic due to multiple people coming in due to missed flight connections, but still this is something that should not be allowed to happen. Also the buffet provided to us as guests missing a BA flight was unsatisfactory, so we decided to go to their regular bar restaurant which was fine. It’s an ok...read full review

Was at an event based at the hotel. Was a great stay. Staff are as accommodating as possible. My only gripe is the lack of allergy awareness or understanding.Rooms: Rooms were cleaned daily.Food & drinks: Lack of variation for allergy sufferers. And information availability.

The hotel is sitiated near to the airport. The rooms were very comfortable and the location was good as i was haulted overnight owing to a flight delay. They offered both complimentary breakfast and dinner, with limited spread though.
