This is my favourite place to have chicken wings and I love the wings from here this pub moon under water Hounslow but today when u went the I ordered one chicken wings one double whiskey with ginger beer while I was having it I happened to finish my souse which comes with wings I just went to ask on the bar counter so one guy was serving a customer I just asked him a question I didn’t tell him to serve me but I asked him a question it it was not bzy also there was only one customer whom he was serving I said excuse me n and asked a question if I can get one more sauce he said m serving someone else I said yes I know that I seen it I tol him m not tell u to serve me before that person I said I just asked u a question and when I was talking with that guy one more girl came there started talking in between when I was talking with him and I wasn’t rude to them coz I know and I also work as a bartender in central London and after the the guys is tell me I can’t server u anything but y they can’t sever I was not rude to them I was not shouting at them I was not drunk it was my first drink with wings I was polite to the guy on the bar yes I did say to that girl not to talk when we r talking I wasn’t fighting with the guy I was just asking a question coz I asked a question they told me to leave the restaurant and I come there so many time I never had this problem I come with my friends n all mostly I come on Mondays only and work at central London as a professional bartender I never talk with my customers like this n without reason I don’t tell them to leave the restaurant my request is please brief ur employees properly specially the girls because they see the colour of the people and they treat them teach them how to respect the customers especially the who told me to leave the restaurant she was not there when me and that guy was talking I want weather spoon to please take good people as ur employees not racist thank you

Was in town for a brief visit and looking for a place to have cold beer and good food. This place is amazing: great variety of drinks, friendly staffs, nice atmosphere, and reasonable price! Talking about customer service, Ben was attentive and made sure that our expectations were met. Would recommend this place!

I love this pub! It's a local boozer and not a tourist trap but if you are a tourist staying in the local area I would recommend dropping in and meeting some locals.\\nI used to live around here and every time I’m back in the area I’ll pop in for a few pints and food. It really has great prices on UK ales, great cask ales and smaller brewery ales too and usually a varied range of them on tap. I’d likely bet they have some of the best prices in London for good drinks. Also note this pub is in the good beer guide and cask marque certified.\\nFood has been very good to excellent and they get it out quickly.\\nBreakfast here is also very good and well priced with pretty much unlimited coffee for only £1.20.\\nI will add the staff have always been very nice and generally attentive.\\nI’ve been coming here off and on since the early ‘90’s when it opened.\\nI totally would recommend this local pub.\\n\\nupdate 2023:\\nStill a great boozer! I cannot get over how reasonable the ales/beer are. still would 100% recommend stopping here if you're in the local area. Sometimes hard to find a table/seating!\\nService has always been very good.\\nFood generally has been good.

A Wetherspoons pub which is very well run. Te beer is kept in excellent order, We tried a variety dishes and all were cooked very well indeed. The staff were quick and friendly, also a very clean place and just a 5 minute walk from the end of the High Street. well worth making the effort.

One of the worst pub I ever visited. The bald guy behind the bar was so arrogant and racist, he really doesn't have any respect for the customers. The worst thing is that, he is not normal.

Superb breakfast on two occasions. It really set us up for the days ahead. The hooks atop the booths are great to hang your coat. The George Orwell reference in the name is a real highlight, as is the history of this great establishment. The 3 Tool Station catalogues on the book shelves were well thumbed, clearly a useful book to have about. Apparently, every Wetherspoons has a bespoke carpet. This is a real stunner.
Pleasant staff served the veritable array of quality breakfast nosh I consumed with my lovely friends. I had a plaster on my finger but it didn’t detract from from the splendid experience I gleefully enjoyed. Even Carol Kirkwood could not have found fault at this premium hostelry.

What can I say thought would pop in on way home after work. Orders the Scottish haggis beeps and tatties. That was the first mistake there was me thinking get that home feeling of Scotland. If you want to feel at home don’t order this. Well to be honest wasn’t the worst but never had chewy mash potatoes or long crispy bits. That wasn’t the worst part one of the servers I think she may have even been the manger did ask how the food was when i pointed out the issues. The reply was not what was expected. Her exact works “What do you want me to do about it” well that says it all. So I did reply with that attitude I don’t expect you to to anything as you don’t care. I did finish my drink and leave to go somewhere friendlier. Maybe a bad day but don’t take it out on customers. Not sure will be back soon.

Visited Wetherspoons Hounslow today. Can someone please explain why the heating is not on in the middle of January !!! Absolutely freezing in there. Had to sit with my hat coat and scarf on to try and enjoy a couple of pints . In the end walked down the road to next pub that had heating on and was very welcoming. Wetherspoons, I know you are a bit cheaper but you have to realise that sitting in a freezing cold pub is not a pleasurable experience. I’m sure you are aware that, for most people, going out for a few drinks is a luxury that we look forward to. Being able to take our coats and scarves off would greatly enhance the experience. We noticed that a large number of customers were quite elderly and would probably have appreciated the heating being on.
