Dear German Doner Kebab,I hope this message finds you well. I'm reaching out to express my disappointment with my recent experiences at your establishment. I've visited your restaurant twice in the last two days and both times I ordered the German Kebab Box with Cheers and Fries. Unfortunately, I've been quite disappointed with the amount of meat in my orders.The first time I ordered, I got two boxes and noticed that there wasn't much meat in each serving. I thought it might have been a one-off, so I decided to give it another shot. However, today's experience was even worse – one of the boxes had hardly any meat at all, leaving me with just fries to eat.I paid 7.49£ for each box, and it's been frustrating to feel hungry and dissatisfied after both visits. I've always enjoyed your food and have been a regular customer, which is why I'm reaching out to share my feedback and hope that this issue can be resolved.I'd really appreciate it if you could look into this matter and ensure that such instances don't happen in the future. I am not happy with the Ilford branch. I ordered a few weeks ago and I had to call the kitchen supervisor from the kitchen and explain to him that the bread has a break in it at the bottom and the chicken (meat) doesn't get inside the bread and I ordered with extra chicken. He went back and made my order himself. It was perfect. Today, I ordered as well. And I explained to them the same thing. But the supervisor wasn't there. I paid for extra chicken, too. I paid 26£ all together for two doner with extra chicken. I asked them to make sure they put extra chicken inside. And this doner is terrible. There isn't extra chicken inside. There is not much chicken inside. This time, it's terrible. And I paid 26£. It's terrible. Once it's good and other times waste of money. It depends on who is in the kitchen. It should be investigated. I am not happy at all. And it's expensive, especially when u ordered it with extra chicken. Would like to get my money back on this order.

EXTREMELY DISSAPOINTED. We came in after watching a movie hoping for a relaxed, chill eat out with family, as we are already loyal customers for GDK and have always had good experience. We decided we were going to all come down to order and get our food and as we were on our way to go upstairs we heard rude and mean comments that were said in their native language that we were causing 'so much chaos and mayhem', following with uncomfortable stares and glares as we were leaving the first floor, even though we did the waiters a favour with taking our own food upstairs so they did not have to bring 7 orders upstairs, which is obvs their job to do. After we have settled upstairs, the waiters only had one order to bring upstairs which took over the time it had said as our other orders were delievered immediately, and the order was not the same as the rest, the bread was burnt and overcooked leaving it not like how the meal is suppose to be cooked. The stares and the comments that were said were extremely suprising as an under 18 south asian i have been to many restaurants and many gdk branches and have never experienced such disrespect and disgust by employees from a similar background.

Went for a quick meal after work. I was a bit sceptical as it looked pretty empty. Ordered at the counter and they brought the food to the table.The pita was warm, the kebab was meaty and tasty with the right amount of sauce.Downside was that chips were not up to the sandwich.The upstairs sitting was empty and empty and at the bottom hall most of the people sitting were delivery riders which does show they care for the deliverymen but does not make for a great atmosphere.I will repeat for sure.

The gym boxes were mostly chips and salad, the meat was way less compared to how it used to be. Barely any meat, probably only 20% of the box. Very disappointed. Doner box fries and salad extra beef for £10.50 and this portion is for babies if for adults should order 2 boxes.

In kitchen guy threw food on floor and then try put in bag and try to give counter to Mr Junaid to serve meBut I was looking at secne and ask him what's that he said we change your food its was chilli cheseBut I am really get upset with that happenedYour mengamnet need loom after that that's issueI ll b never again go that shop for foodAman

Staff is rude and unable to understand simple instructions.Stay away if you can.I asked for separate salad and sauce instead of adding it in the original kebab, they charged me extra 40p for that. It never happened in any other franchise of gdk before.Then I asked for normal coke as part of my meal, she wanted to charge me extra to give me bottle because she didn’t have Can.I paid for extra meat in both meals and asked it to be given separate, given separate in one meal and been told that Extra meat has been added in the original kebab. I said I need it separate as this was for my autistic son, guy in-charge, instead of giving me additional meat, rudely picked up the whole meal and threw in the bin and made me a new one.What a waste of food for their own incompetence of not taking the order properlyAvoid avoid if you can
