I am not happy with the Ilford branch. I ordered a few weeks ago and I had to call the kitchen supervisor from the kitchen and explain to him that the bread has a break in it at the bottom and the chicken (meat) doesn't get inside the bread and I ordered with extra chicken. He went back and made my order himself. It was perfect. Today, I ordered as well. And I explained to them the same thing. But the supervisor wasn't there. I paid for extra chicken, too.
