I visited as it was my son's birthday. I didn't eat as the food was tacky. Not good value for money. Be careful of the Free birthday meal , be on your guard when you are told how much, as the birthday meal was not free. Infact not only did I pay for the birthday meal , I was charged an extra pound for good measure. I won't go back.

Came to London for the weekend just to go to this place. Very large selection of food and what I have had was good. The only thing I would say is a bit lacking on dessert considering the amount of savoury choice. Perhaps more fruit options too as I personally only like the grapes in the selection. Maybe have strawberry and bananas that aren't covered in custard and sprinkles..?Wheelchair accessibility: None that I saw of. It's off the street at the top of stairs/escalator.

JRC service has gone down.I remember the first experience with JRC Global Buffet before Covid. It was a real 5 star ? plus place. The soft drinks and hot drinks were included in the price, and the table was well presented with all cutlery well in place.NOW,Drinks are not included in the price. You have to exchange glasses at the bar.Tables are not well presented.Cutlery is in a blow like kid's table.Bar smells like sewage.Outside Stairs elevator out of service before covid.I was very disappointed as we travelled from wolverhampton just to have dinner at a restaurant I thought was the best.

The reception takes a long time to check-in.The toilets are very dark. Seriously, not enough light. Like a dark cave or something. The kids didn't like it at all. It is also painted in dark colours which adds to the darkness.I would redesign it completely.Toilets should be welcoming, light, and clean. They are part of restaurant service, not a necessary must.I understand, that the whole restaurant is designed with a dark theme but If they want to keep the dark theme at least they should add more light above toilet cubicles. So they are not scary for kids to go in.Parking: Mulistore paid car park within walking distance of the restaurant. About 5min.

It is with great sadness that I am compelled to write this review. I remember the good days pre-covid when there would be huge queues to go into a Global Buffet and mounds of fresh appetising looking food awaited you. If that's what you're thinking of please look elsewhere. I went on a Friday night 8pm and what I experienced was shocking. I appreciate we are living in tough economic times and food wastage is a real problem but I don't know how long this Buffet can continue in its current state. I must add the tables were sparsely filled. A few gripes : 1) Many food items looked unappealing for example the paella that looked more dry than a TV dinner under a hot lamp. Not forgetting the curry's with small portions remaining. 2) By the time it was dessert we had at least 7 dirty plates on our table... Service must improve if you are to continue to survive. Why anyone would be going there for a birthday celebration is beyond my comprehension. 3) When time for dessert it was almost empty. First time I sat down to no dessert. Second time I went up some had been refilled. A poor representation of a Global Food Buffet from my teens. Go here if you want to try global cuisine but have low expectations.

Price is way to expensive for mediocre food and drinks are not even included in the price, you feel like you have to eat loads to get your moneys worth but the food isn't even that nice, would not recommend would not go back

A lovely place to visit for the ambience and atmosphere. Great little sections with different world cuisines and dessert options. Food wise it is not the best tasting but it's nice for a different type of night out with the family. We went with children and they really enjoyed the concept. Chocolate fountain was a hit :) Parking is available in the nearby town centre car park.Kid-friendliness: Suits children of all ages! Half price for younger children.

We had a lovely birthday meal today after missing it for 3 solid years! Everyone we met was so friendly, the lady at the welcome desk, the gentleman who led us to the table, and the staff who tidied the plates. There's a variety of food and you could ask for prawns and lamb at the cooking station. All in all, we will go again.

Over priced for what you get. Have been to others and felt this one was not up to the same standard. Best part of £30 which I felt wasn’t best spent. Wobbly table and after we lived no one fixed the issue just sat couple after couple on it who all moved. Not as great selection of food as others.

Don't waste your money!!! We went on a Fri evening so paid €26 per head. Drinks are NOT included which is not advertised properly on their website. Food is of poor quality. I asked 3 times for the prawns dish and they didnt refill the dish. There was no duck to make pancakes!! Sushi was limited and tasted awful. Desserts - No marshmellows and the little cakes were tasteless!!! Fruit was ok. What's the point of paying so much money at a buffet. Go to Cosmo in Romford much better quality and variety of food

The service from the staff is amazing very friendly here. They show you to your table and bring your cutlery to your table. They collect your plates as you go to grab more food so by the time you come back you have a clean table. We went at 5pm it was a good time to go as it wasn't that full of people last time I went there at lunch it was over packed and couldn't even hear myself think! However! Yep there's a but how could you have halal food next to pork options with one servicing cutlery where people can use it in the pork dishes?? Pork options should be seperated away from halal food in their own section. The chicken was like jelly under cooked thats from every section apart from the chicken tikka. Also so much salt in the food which is unnecessary. The desserts was lovely fresh fruit and cakes one fridge was broken and also ice machine was broken.I've noticed a price increase aswell.
