Came to London for the weekend just to go to this place. Very large selection of food and what I have had was good. The only thing I would say is a bit lacking on dessert considering the amount of savoury choice. Perhaps more fruit options too as I personally only like the grapes in the selection. Maybe have strawberry and bananas that aren't covered in custard and sprinkles..?Wheelchair accessibility: None that I saw of. It's off the street at the top of stairs/escalator.
The reception takes a long time to check-in.The toilets are very dark. Seriously, not enough light. Like a dark cave or something. The kids didn't like it at all. It is also painted in dark colours which adds to the darkness.I would redesign it completely.Toilets should be welcoming, light, and clean. It is with great sadness that I am compelled to write this review. I remember the good days pre-covid when there would be huge queues to go into a Global Buffet and mounds of fresh appetising looking food awaited you. If that's what you're thinking of please look elsewhere. I went on a Friday night 8pm and what I experienced was shocking.
