The Jalibi and other sweets that I purchased this evening were extremely unpleasant in taste, as if they were cooked in expired oil or had been stored in the shop for a long time. I am a big fan of sweets and jalibis, and I regularly buy them from renowned Asian sweet shops like Ambala and Nirala. However, I have never encountered such expired and distasteful sweets in Greater London before. This was truly disappointing, especially because I was treating my father-in-law who had come all the way from the US, and I had hoped that we would have a delightful experience.

DO NOT GO HERE! I bought methai and found mice dropping. Called the shop as they had the number on the box they refused to talk about it. I have no other option but contacting food standards agency! ?

Have tried them multiple times. Love their Kheer, Gajar ka Halwa and Kashmiri Chai. The prices are super reasonable. They are also very cooperative to Carter specific demands. They also gave me a discount.

We are really big fan of Gourmet. All of our family memebers go there instead of other gourmet cross the road. We love its sweets and Bakery stuff. Unfortunately this time I have faced a man who claim himself is a Manager of this brunch is very rude and unprofessional. Whatever I asked him responded very negatively. I wish the owner will consider to train him for manners and ensure him to respect customers.

Old,overpriced and dry cake. They said they were fresh but it tasted very disgustingly dry. Not worth 18 quid for a cake like this. Would not recommend.very disappointed
