The cinema wasn't busy for a Saturday night and the chairs were comfortable. The snacks were expensive though so that's why it's got three stars. My boyfriend had nachos and cheese dip but he couldn't eat the dip as it was inedible. I tried it and it tasted like vinegar. Went to complain after watching the film but they had shut the kiosk for the night. The hot dog tasted like it had been sitting around for a while - the sausage had sweated onto the bread so it was soggy in places and a bit stale in others. The pop corn wasn't that sweet tasting. The toilets were clean.

Great cinema, even the smaller non-main screens are of a good size with plenty of space and seating.\\nNice friendly helpful staff.\\n\\nI would give it five stars but the booking system is off!...when booking my selected seat I ran out of time so had to start again only my selected seat was now showing as booked, even though no one had booked it.\\n\\nThey charge £9.99 per seat Fri-Sun but why is there a 97pence booking fee?\\nWhat's that about? I'm booking online with a fully automated system with no human interaction apart from myself and I'm paying with online banking with my ticket emailed to me.\\nI cannot see any other reason for this charge other than rinsing us for more money.

It's okay - lack of staff at reception makes the whole place feel abandoned, but clearly someone's there to start the projections and run the bar. Nobody cleaned the toilets since 1972 instead. It's close to home for us so a place where we go for a relaxed random evening, not much more.

Absolutely appalling. Went in for a 3D screening that didn't work, 5 minutes into the movie people complained about it and was told that they would check the projectors. Another 15 minutes in and no news and still unwatchable. Joined a queue of at least 20 people who all wanted refunds. Half an hour later, met the the manager, who in all fairness was professional and patient but said she wasn't allowed to give refunds for films booked online. Unbelievable instructions from head office and a ridiculous policy all round. Managed to rebook to a later viewing for the 2D on the same night for a whopping £2.50 discount for two people but only because apparently a refund is impossible.\\nShame, given its my nearest cinema but avoid.

Enjoyed my experience here, we watched Smile was a good movie! The staff here were friendly and the cinema was not overcrowded or busy. Good quality screens and standard seating and space. Overall a good cinema. ?

Nice cinema nice wide access as I'm disabled . Good space for wheelchairs and mobility scooters. Disabled toilet spotless, clean extremely rare so well done Cineworld! I needed support with the doors no one was around? I had to shout out for help when I was in the toilet . So that part wasn't pleasant. Not much if a variety hot food wise, it's just nachos. Staff very friendly so yes nice cinema I would go again.

Been coming here on/off for almost 10yrs years as I live in the area. Staff are friendly and the cinema experience is enjoyable. Also love that they do halal hotdogs. Compared to other Cineworlds such as o2, its beginning to look a bit tired and dated hence dropping a star, but I'd still recommend to all.

Decent enough cinema. But seems to be fairly quiet in the evenings recently. For some this could be a good thing, but for others who enjoy the company of a big crowd on a Friday opening could be somewhat of a disappointment.

Comfy seats but overpriced refreshments! Good sound quality and cinema was pretty empty for a Saturday morning. Needs a bit of a revamp but still a good local cinema to visit.

Good design and layout. The screens are large with plenty of seating. The top most floor has great views of canary wharf, love leaving the cinema after watching a good film.

one of my worst cinema experiences ever, hated the food the nacho dips were the worst i’ve ever had , they didn’t check for my ticket first time i came in, the seats were terrible. the only decent thing was the service and the movie but other than that it wasn’t a nice experience and wouldn’t go back or recommend to anyone. most of my reviews are super positive , i never complain but this time it was too terrible not to talk about

Great Cinema. Been coming here over 14 years.Has gotten better since 2017. Staff are friendly and efficient. Misplaced my phone there on 2 occasions, staff found it and had booking mistakes on my ticket that they've rectified. Cinema is also well kept and clean, especially during the pandemic. Good atmosphere and one of the better London Cineworlds.

Nice clean cinema with working escalators (take note Odean) food and drink to a fair if expensive standard. Screens were large and seating comfy. Not staff on arrival and ticket machines not working. Had to walk to 1st floor to be told barcode on my phone would count as my ticket
