I started going here when it was budgens and it was always nice lots of people have left because of the manager I knew them all. Recently I got banned for taking a 10p bag which I refused to pay for as one of tue workers charged me last time and they all ganged up on me like a pack of wolves I said I'm not paying for the bag as I bought my own then this lady from nowhere started to have a go at me they are Racist in this shop and they only employ gujaretti people from India the owners need to be diverse I'm sure they don't know what's going on in their shop. Well I think it's their loss I won't be spending my money their no more

I had the worst encounter with Anjali and Milin today. Absolutely horrible behaviour and attitude. Both workers did not want to support me at all. I usually go here to return my parcels with no problems. Today I had gone in to return a parcel as usual and was refused because as they said ‘the returns open at 9:00.’ I had made it to the store for 8:45 not long away from 9 and needed to catch a train. Both workers were not helpful and decided not to help. I waited all the way till 9 causing me delays and by the time it was 9 they then decided to tell me the machine doesn’t work. Absolutely frustrating as I’ve just wasted time for a machine which doesn’t work. I then asked Anjali and milin to give me their names. They both looked at each other and Within 5 seconds of asking for their names they had taken my parcel and given my proof of return. All of a sudden the machine which was broken worked as soon as I asked their names. Don’t expect much from these people and won’t be supporting this business anymore. Staff need training in customer service and being lazy is not an excuse to not do your job. Other customers and I should not have to deal with such lazy, unprofessional workers.

Worst local store. The keep changing the quality of the product, it used to be good and it’s now awful. The avocados are never ripe so you have to buy them days in advance, they use to have nice canned product and none of them are available anymore. The gluten free option is almost inexistant.The items are all really expensive too, and they lie on the offers. They will put the label in yellow to make you believe the price has dropped and it has not. Or they will sometimes put the price down but the self service machine are not updated to you end up paying full price.During peak time in the morning, the self service machines are not available and you have to queue up to 10 minutes to pay for your shopping!3 of the staff member are really nice, the rest of them just look like they’d rather be anywhere else then here, no greetings, no smiles.To put it in a nutshell, do not go! Get your grocery shopping delivered at home, cheaper and better service with better quality product!

A store with a lot of variety and amazing vegan and Indian food options.. highly recommend this place.. only issue I saw is, probably they are not good with inventory management.. I saw a lot of empty boxes and empty spaces in the store. So people are buying things but they are not able to refuel the items in a timely manner . I hope they improve it over time..
