Fix your opening times, and do something about the rude lady on the counter.

I am a vegetarian and PRET sent me a ham and cheese toastie instead of a veggie one , in the bag of a veggie one and they won’t file a complaint. This is serious, my religion has been hammered out by their negligence

Best Pret in London, grateful to live so nearby! The subscription means I go almost daily, very happy.

The best Pret in London offers a delightful experience with a lovely view and exceptional baristas who never fail to remember your favorite drinks, setting the perfect mood for the day. The abundance of tables with power sockets makes it an excellent place to work, while the separate relaxing space with a view adds to its charm.

Good coffee and friendly staff. Always clean and always busy. Nice location to watch the swans and DLR in between your business meetings. A bit too many overpriveleged twenty something's speaking too loudly about there latest boyfriend dramas and sadly no tradies but the servers make up for it with their humour and friendly manner.

There was this worker called Amani she was really nice as when there was a problem with my drink she fixed it with no issues. Amazing service would recommend again!!!

Often won’t take any drinks orders because they get too busy, I go to a lot of prets and this is the only one that struggle to manage with orders, written on 23rd July 2023 at midday at time of happening… againadditional note, did as you suggested below and contacted you nearly 2 weeks ago and no response, even worse and will now cancel my subscription

Unfriendly staff and they never serve you with a smile - always feels like it's a chore for them when I go in. Coffee is always made in a rush. Definitely not worth stopping by...go to the one in South Quay Plaza just a few minutes away.

Truly THE most EPIC Pret in town. Sandwiches on bread, baguettes on loaf, and some of the most beautiful friendly people I've ever met. Even the regular customers were exquisite. The coffee was strong but not too strong and the milk was milky but not too milky. The toilets flushed just fine and the view was divine. Look out for the coots, those little birds sure can go.

I gave three stars and would have given less for two particular items. The staff is good and friendly. The atmosphere is awesome although often busy and sometimes one person sitting in a four seat or more table. My two problems are: 1) toilets. There is no way to change baby nappies there. 2) every time I buy a Wiltshire Cured Ham Greve, it’s been very dry. There is little sauce which is what makes it awesome. I’ve bought around 7 in the last two weeks.

Dovydas is always providing a great customer service in Pret Harbour Island branch near Canary Wharf. He is always helpful, welcoming and is a good example of how to work with the customers! The cafe itself is also well located.

Nice caffe, with a beautiful view in Isle of Dogs , decent prices, I ordered a cappuccino and a croissant, it wasn't something really tasty or interesting, but it's alright. Strange thing, toilet door have a code 7512 at the moment, idk why, it's really strange...
