Service quality has really gone downhill. My drink arrived with spills on the cup, forcing me to clean it up myself. Attempting to sit at the counter, I was promptly informed by staff that it was reserved for delivery only—confusing given the presence of customer seating there. Additionally, a customer left the door open, letting in freezing cold air, and staff were indifferent, leaving me to close it. Tables remain uncleaned for hours, littered with empty cups and trash.

Not the usual Starbucks experience. Seemed like customers are an inconvenience. Waited a long time for service while being ignored as staff filled cases with food.

After ordering my coffee, I waited in the usual area and saw an employee filling up a personal bottle with the whole syrup dispenser end in the bottle and then used bare hands to fill it with ice. Won’t be back, thanks.

Worst starbucks, third time this has happened, barely any cream, I paid for extra sauces there was not any and no straw to drink it with, I called to complain again because its absolutely appalling. Go to the Starbucks in Canada Square they are 100 times better.

Starbucks Hornchurch..This is our regular Starbucks ...what a welcoming wonderful place this is! with friendly staff ..especially Sophia hard working professional and kind. Sophia goes above and beyond for her customers a lovely smile and listening ear ..helpful lovely girl always a pleasure to see her and never forgets just the way I like my coffee !! Recommended

There's a very rude staff member there on a weekend. He had zero customer service skills, and the coffee genuinely came with a bad attitude.

Don’t order through mobile here, staff ignore these customers. On two occasions ordered and got in the building 2 minutes later, had to chase the order myself as staff were chatting away ?

In my 8 years living in London, I've been to numerous coffee shops , and Kamila at Starbucks Churchill Place indisputably stands out. Her unmatched customer service skills are immediately evident, and her unwavering attention to detail ensures a peerless cup of coffee at every visit. It's rare to find someone who so consistently understands and nails the exact taste I have in mind. Kamila is genuinely above and beyond and I am so happy about the level of service I received at Starbucks. A stellar barista who provides spectacular experience.

It gets a bit noisy inside, not recommended if you need silent place to work but coffee and the service in all of its aspects are top quality.Vegetarian options: Good selection of sandwiches.Dietary restrictions: Starbucks offers a wide range of wrapped snacks and sandwiches that don't get into contact with any other foodstuff.

I’m getting a refund from Uber eats!! Barely any cream and absolutely NO CARAMEL SAUCE even though I paid for EXTRA caramel sauce…I paid £7 and this is what I received. Whoever made this really needs to be better trained, I used to order regularly from here but never again. Order number 5CE30 Please find out who keeps making poor quality drinks and not reading the delivery notes, they should not be working there. This has happened a few times now, it shouldn’t be hit and miss with the quality of drinks made.

Overall Suggestion: Avoid itOrdered 1 plain croissant, 1 almond croissant, 1 iced latte and 1 iced chocolateNegatives:- 2 / 4 orders went to the wrong person- Iced chocolate was not iced- Croissant was probably a week old by the taste of it. It looked good and fresh but wasnt (simply dry and one the bin wouldnt even enjoy)- Ambient was alright but nothing special- It was also expensive for the quality and service: 13 GBP for those 4 items of which 2 were unenjoyable
