Morre like a public notice than a review...This post office is closed at 4pm and for 30min at lunch:12.30-1pm.Lots of disappointed people and stressed staff due to closing time confusion. Good to have the service open again though.

More of a question, do you accept Hermes parcels to send back to Amazon? People could self check in and scan on the device so that would be very helpful. Thanks

the Indian man at this post office shop was so rude and helpless . He was so slow serving costumers queening there ,instead having a random private conversation with a lady just to waste people time.i never will use this shop again.

My favourite post office in the area. The customer service is always polite and friendly, and I get greeted like a local. They also have a good selection of magazines. Yes there is only one till for Post Office business, but the wait time is not too bad, even at Christmas. There's even an ATM at the front!

Highly recommended community shop. Lovely family run business, which is at the heart of our community. Great service, friendly, professional, and very helpful. Great product range and long opening hours. Love the fact that they have everything I look for and great to have a post office and grocery store combined.

I was surprised how rude and unhelpful the staff were. From the outside the place looks so welcoming and friendly. Very dissappointed. Issuing demands at me without even eye contact on my first visit. I felt like a burden! So sorry to burden your day with my presence. Now that's customer service for you! I get the feeling it's all about the money and not the service with these guys. My second visit wasn't much better. He ay as well have told me to p**s off. Don't be fooled by the friendly exterior. If you can go somewhere else, do!

Came here to post letters, queues quite long and too slow as only one attendant!

This store used to be called Dass on Mill Lane.
It has a post office, sells newspapers, stationery, gifts, cards, balloons and has a bakery within it.
The shop also has an Internet cafe, printing and fax facilities.
