My order has been on its way for over an hour now , and I live just 6 mins away by car from the location. I've been trying to call them and the call is not going through....just keep on saying the person you're trying to call is on the phone. Worse experience I have ever had. Will never order from Papa John's West Hampstead branch again

Always get order wrong, very expensive, they give you LESS toppings now, and they give you watered down pizza sauce. Don't waste your time. Stop ripping your customers off. Will put a complaint in with HQ about this store.Also the the drivers for this store are terrible, they drive on the foot path, speeding, very unprofessional.

If I could I would’ve given no stars to this place but I have no choice but to give the 1 star or I can’t leave a review. This place has no adequate costumer service whatsoever. They have repeatedly messed up my orders where either they forget items or it doesn’t come properly packed. There has never been a smooth delivery from this place and there has never been an apology from them and they don’t try to compensate for the missing food. Instead they try to blame it on us.They refused to deliver to my door even after I had mentioned that I have young kids at home and can’t leave them alone. Their severe incompetence has put me off from ever ordering here again. Shame on them.

Took over an hour for delivery a few roads away and tried calling to find out where it was when the tracker said it was out for delivery (had to wait around 45 minutes on that section). Called you guys up 8 times and it rang out every time. Pathetic customer service and drivers don't follow requests even if it's to call on arrival (not that hard to do).I would try and ask for money back for poor service but you'll probably be unable to pick up the phone
Customer service is awful no one picks up the phone and when they do they are incredibly rude and hang up on you

Everything went good! For me tonight, delivery 25-40min,warm, enjoyed ladt minute for night snack, dont get upset to wait a little bit longer, it worth if not tey make food by yourselfs and close your pretty hungry voices, everything takes time, good price!

We ordered 2 pizzas and a bottle of coke from this brunch and the order arrived after one hour, pizzas were cold and the bottle of coke missing. Driver advised to call the restaurant for a refund. Lady who works there picked up the phone and advised we won’t get a refund because the driver did not take the pizzas back and than hang up the phone. My girlfriend called back again to tell her the same thing but se said to us to shut up and hung up the phone again. Order number 478124404Extremely disappointed! How can a dominos employee talk to customers like that?!? We need compensation asap.
