Overall a mid McDonald's. Ordering was what you would expect from a McDonald's, esay to use ordering monitors and easy pickup. The number display at the pickup point didn't display any numbers however. That combined with the music volume that made the staff somewhat not understandable and them having to more or less yell out the numbers merit the location a solid 4 star.My personal order didn't take long to finish, which while expected, is a really nice change of pace from having to wait 10-15 mins for an order.The burgers and fries were warm, however the one of the orders was overdone and another one was oozing fat, with the other 3 burger orders being good to almost perfect.The fries were a bit of a letdown, not being quite salted enough.

Please DO Not use this MCDonalds!I asked to use the Toilet as a visibly heavily pregnant woman with a Baby on board badge and they refused to allow me to use their public toilets and were racially abusive about it.I believe it’s because I wear a hijab and not white!

Toilets out of aervice, disabled one in use but lock handle doesn't work very well. Whilst I was in there someone was trying to get in, I shouted I was in there and then the door burst open as one of the employees pushed it so hard. Thankfully I was fully clothed. No apology from the staff member, went and explained to the manager still no apology. Really disappointed!

Got delivered and half of the order was missing. No way to fix it, they won’t answer the phone. Stole my money.
Visited McDonald's kilburn Wednesday morning staff friendly BUT place had lots of down and outs sleeping ,one had shoes off and feet on seats very unhygienic

As far as fast food plant bars burgers go my burger with two patties was nice.The electric order taker did the job. The man who served the food was brilliant.

Horrible McDonald's. The machines rarely print out your order number, so make sure to take note of the number when it flashes on screen.I was hungover today. I really craved some fast food, so I stumbled my way to this McDonald's and bought a quarter pounder with cheese meal. I walked back home and opened the bag to find my burger was missing. £7 for some chips and a small bottle of water. I would recommend and do what the staff don't; validate that your order is correct.
