Last week we friends visited this Nando’s. Food was awesome. They provide excellent and satisfactory services. One of Nando’s staff named “Uzair” welcomed us and provided outstanding customer service. He welcomed us warmly served food and then at the end said good bye with well wishes as well. Who doesn't love a good Nando's? I actually miss it. I hope I will see it soon in Valencia.
The wings were undercooked and I had to ask for the wings to be properly cooked again. The chips and sauces were fantastic as usual.The service was great but the restaurant felt cold as doors were opened on both sides of the restaurant.I will come back if I’m in the area.

Went a few days ago with family and it was some experience. Felt like i was guest not a customer, whole staff from start to finish was awesome especially uzair. He made sure we were comfortable and took care of everything. The food arrived on time, sizzling hot and amazing.Nandos is my go to place but this time it was something different felt very welcoming and wholesome all because of Uzair. This guy deserves a raise nandos. Brilliant ?

I have been to this Nando’s frequently and i have always had a good experience. This time however maybe due to change of management and staff the food was not great at all. I asked for 1/4 chicken not well done and extra peri-tamer sauce, it arrived crispy and hard to chew with little sauce on the chicken. This was disappointing and my friends wings were dry with barely any sauce on it.In the past I have had no problems at Kilburn Nandos but yesterday they were very hostile and the food was not great and I regretting spending my money there!
