Ridiculously horrible service.On 2 February I ordered, waited 2 hours, then was told by the manager that if I physically picked up the food myself, I could get my next order off free (apparently there was a delivery driver strike - according to the store) and so I Uber-ed there to pick up my food.I just called today (less than a month) to try and claim on this order, and the lady on the phone was completely useless. Said she couldn't do anything, couldn't contact a manger, and that if I wanted to complain I would have to write into the "website". She wouldn't even give me her name so that I could list in on the complaint.Fan of Papa Johns, fan of the food, but will never give this branch my business again. 0/10 service.

PLEASE DONT WASTE YOUR MONEY, worst store ever. Pizza tastes so bad it's like a a basic homemade pizza, no flavour hardly any cheese despite paying for more, the crust is old and sauce is sour. The website doesn't work so I could complain. Absolutely disgusting.

What a bunch of joke! The poster on the window advertise £7.99 any medium pizza. I walked in ask the rubbish manager who confirmed that any medium pizza so I ordered the pizza, he then spent 5 mins searching on his system to tell me that this is no longer available and cost is £10.99. What kind of manager are you? Remove the poster when you come in the morning! Don’t waste my time!

Severe gastroenteritis from a pizza I ordered from here Monday night. By Wednesday I was considering going into a&e. Still not recovered. There's most certainly more than one food standard precaution being ignored here. Needs looking into, and from the looks of other reviews potential closure seems appropriate.

I,ve ordered some food this evening at 19;32, now the time is 22;42 and my order still waiting to be delivered!111 Never received my order and I couldn’t even get in touch with them on the phone , as they had some problems with that too. Paid £31.88 for nothing but hassle !11 Absolutely disgraceful and dissatisfying!111

Rude staff who can't speak english very well. Even worse, my delivery took over an hour to arrive and was left outside my house in the rain on the floor. Good luck complaining to the manager who is never there according to the staff. Never again!

Terrible experience. Food was undercooked especially the chicken poppers which was completely inedible. Delivery took a long time but I did order during dinner

Saw an asian worker drop the pizza cutter on the floor, cut my pizza and hand it to me. Took the pizza and threw it in the bin outside. This place is a joke, health and safety gone

Just ordered my food , and drink. They didn't bring my drink, and when I try calling the driver his hanging up the phone, called the store they have problems with the phone

Helpful staff, great food. Love the special garlic sauce! You can see the food being prepared so it sets your mind at ease. Management won't fix the phone so you cannot call if anything goes wrong, not that I've had a problem yet!
