ordered from uber eats and the food was sad looking. they skimped on the filling and sauces and the vegetables tasted stale. go to the cricklewood subway down the road instead :(

The food was fine but the customer service on the other hand was actually the worse service I’ve ever had . The staff were rude and simply just couldn’t be bothered doing their job properly they kept rolling there eyes whenever we’d ask for something and they were trying to rush us, I work in customer service so I know what good service is and that was far from it. .

Turkey ham 6 inch order x2 -Delivered fast no problem there but …. Cucumbers tomatoes and other vegetables not fresh at all , felt like from 2 days ago . Bread the same thing , when I called them they pass me to manager and manager say’s to call and complain to just eat . I almost never leave any reviews but this crossed me so I will.…. Sandwich ended in the bin

This place was GREAT. I came to the restaurant at an early time so there not a lot of people, however the worker than worked there was incredibly nice and we had a very nice conversation and she was very positive. When I came time for me to pay for the sub she gave me half price and when I tried to give her a tip she respectfully declined.Moving on to the food I ordered a foot long chicken tikka and it was awesome I highly recommend this place and I will 100% come back again.
