Decent modern station halfway between the Jubilee line & Thameslink equivalent stations

Don’t be fooled by the photos. This location is tatty and a bit grim. I’ve stayed in other Nox properties that are maintained to a better standard. The location is good but the property is dated and poorly presented.

This is the Overground Station. The Underground Station is across the road and 50 metres to the right. The national rail Thameslink station is around the corner, 100 metres away to the left. The Overground runs from here every six minutes east to Stratford and West to the transport hub at Willesden Junction, 10 mins away, stay on the train for Shepherds Bush, Chelsea and Clapham or Richmond. There are lifts here and really efficient, friendly and helpful members of staff that will assist you in your journey. Use a bank card to pay for journeys if remaining in the London area. That’s best value

If you try to save paper and time by buying a barcode ticket... Don't bother. There is no barcode scanner and the ticket barrier idiot tried to send me to the wrong station. Imagine if I wasn't 100% sure if the route. If you are passing through this station just but a paper ticket and avoid the idiots at the barriers

Poor access information, poor signage. ACCESS INFO. Lift access to platform & ramp access to board. Don't be fooled by the wheelchair sign if you’re unfamiliar travelling around London, it only means technically accessible not actually.

West Hampstead Overground Station has been redeveloped the entrance is much larger \\u0026 wider now with plenty of ticket barriers to use aswell as ticket machines to top up. This station has lifts available to the platforms. The station was very clean and tidy also there is West Hampstead Thameslink station which is a 1 minute walk away and West Hampstead Jubilee line which is across the road.

Room had comfortable double bed (although a little short in length), ensuite shower and basic cooking facilities which we didn't use. Ideally located in West Hampstead which has a lovely villagey feel with lots of bars, restaurants and cafes. Only a few minutes walk from the 3 stations in West Hampstead so ideal to get into London. Check in is in shop across the road and entry into the building is by key pad so very secure. We had a room at the back on the 3rd floor which was very warm even though we used the air conditioning. Overlooked the pub garden next door. This didn't affect us as we were out in the evening and came back after the pub closed but bear this in mind if you are a light or early sleeper!

This is one of three separate stations in West Hampstead. This is the London Overground station with services from Richmond and Clapham Junction to Stratford.\\n\\nIt has a large entrance with a decent number of ticket gates. The corridors to the platforms are wide and spacious so you never feel like there is a large crowd coming in or out of the station.\\n\\nThe platforms are in good condition. However, they could do with more shelters or indoor waiting areas. You'll have to stand in the corridor above the platforms to keep dry if it is raining.\\n\\nThe corridors and platforms are very clean, credit to the cleaning staff as they must work hard to keep it looking in good condition.\\n\\nI like using this station, I wish more Overground stations were like this.

Lovely location, bed too small length ways, excellent shower, bathroom too small, reception on other side of the road, no bar or communal area. Cane back to a pile of bomit at entrance, next to a busy pub so part of the risk.

There are a lot of broken doors, cracked tiles, chipped mirrors and missing corner from units. We did however find the that towels and sheets were clean and the bed was comfortable. The location is good for what we were doing whilst in London and with shops all around it was very easy to grab a snack or a coffee. The building was safe and the check in was easy.

Hotel is in a nice area, close to transport links and with shops, cafes and restaurants nearby. Reception is across the road which is quite confusing when you arrive. The public areas are a bit shabby. Room is small but has comfortable bed, shower is nice and there is a small kitchen area, hairdryer and iron, etc. no desk space which is a bit annoying if you’re there for work reasons. Only drawback is the lack of soundproofing- noises from both within and outside the hotel (there are pubs outside nearby) really carry, so if you are a light sleeper pack some earplugs!
