disgusting thing ever seen by me today. I was wanting to have a quick coffee before I went home and just as we were going to wait in the line we saw the barista with long hair pull and touch his hair out and throw it on the floor. GROSS. YOU JUST TOUCHED YOUR GREASY HAIR and then you have the audacity to touch cups and make coffee ? HORRIBLE. im so put off Nero that I cant even consider going back anytime soon. please whatever you do dont go to this Nero. waste of money they also always make the drink horribly cold.

It was so warm and welcoming as soon as we entered, upstairs is a lovely call, focused environment where you can work with little distractions.Our baristas were phenomenal, especially Natalia who made a drink specifically to our needs and made sure we would have a great time.Overall amazing drinks, staff, places to sit and very clean!

Honestly most disappointing and heartbreaking among the all cafe Nero s The service, staff and hygiene are the worst I have seen for long long time ! I have ordered 3 lates and 1 cheese toastie and there was only 1 member of staff and this lady was not the best It took a while to make those 3 latte and after that when I asked my toastie she turned around and the guy the toastie out of oven meanwhile I have said I will be back for my toastie - as I was leaving with 3 lattes I have seen with my corner of eyes that she DROPPED the half of the toastie on the floor ! I have thought she would probably re-do the toastie but 10 seconds later she has brought the toastie to my table ! Honestly I could not believe that ! She did try to serve that dirty nasty contaminanted toastie to us ! Bentalls should be ashamed to have them as part of their tenant ! HYGINE is below - 5 star We ll never go to bentalls Nero again! !!!

A very peaceful hour spent sitting at one of their outside tables, chatting to a friend and drinking very nice coffee. No blaring piped music which is a big thumbs up from me ?☕

I just had coffee since I was killing some time before meeting up with friends. Had my usual flat white but made with the special roast from El Salvador. Pretty damn good. Been to this branch a few times I like the 2 floor layout and it is quite big compared to most branches. Staff are friendly and service is swift. It is a Nero not much else to say.Wheelchair accessibility: No way to get a wheel chair to the 2nd floor only a spiral stair case.

This is my go to coffee shop in Kingston. Much better prices than the other big chains, and I actually prefer the drinks that they have. Maybe it tastes better because my eyes aren't watering from the cost.Service is always good and you are never waiting an eternity for the drink. Click and collect on the app is super easy as well, and cuts the waiting time down even more. Paying via the app makes everything easier too. Virtually the same as using contactless but with the added benefit of automatically getting the loyalty stamps and getting your 10th coffee free.Hot Chocolate or the Mocha Grande is my go to, but I tried the Hazelnut and Belgian Chocolate Frappe Creme on a hot day recently and it was delicious.Recommend!
