Poor. No iced drinks when it's currently 32°C outside, no serviettes other than blue paper roll, and not even a spoon to stir my drink-in coffee. Given the choice of coffee shops in Kingston, you can do better than use Caffè Nero in Fenwicks aka Bentalls.

Hello there! It’s Sunday l am at Caffè Nero in Benthalls at 15:53 and the shopping centre closes at 17:00. I asked for a Frappe mocha and the staff refused to make any blended coffee. When l asked why, a team member simply said that it was because they are closing soon. Is soon 1 hour and 10 minutes? I am a regular customer and felt really mistreated! Horrible experience!

Super place for a mid-shopping coffee but badly understaffed. Staff are mostly very conscientious but stressed and tired. Come on, Caffe Nero - increase staffing by one person - you can do better than this!

Located on the lower ground floor of the bentalls centre it's a well known location with seasoned shoppers so it can get very busy at times but the staff are efficient so you don't have to wait to long to order, the seating can fill up so check before ordering if you don't want to have to take away your coffee.Wheelchair accessibility: This is lower ground floor in the bentalls centre opposite the lifts. Only down side is all the toilets are on the 3rd floor if you need them.
