What’s not to love! Very friendly staff, quick service, very fresh ingredients (buns, patties, veg etc) and unlimited soft drinks all of which belong to the coca cola brand (e.g Diet Coke, Fanta, Sprite etc).

The burgers are actually standard there isn't that much special about them but it was the fries that ruined the experience, they were far too salty . It's the 2nd time I've been with the family and it's been disappointing on both visits one to avoid

We piped up here for weekend lunch! This location is just down from the odeon cinema. So it is great place to have meal or snack before the movie start :) and huge seating available. Staff are friendly and clean area. Also they have customer toilet !! Good location. And the tasty is absolutely amazing ? we really like the five guys burger. Even little burger is big enough me.

The food here is excellent and worth the price. Everything fresh and tasty. The problem is it is already a noisy place. And as they shout your order number to collect your food…. why on earth do they shout randomly to each other in the open kitchen? One guy in particular. It is really annoying and frustrating as you can’t tell if they are calling numbers or just being annoying.

To some this might be just another burger bar, albeit a little expensive. To me it was a great first-time visit. When I first went to order and explained I had not been to a 'Five Guys' before I was asked if I wanted to look at a paper menu and give all the time I needed to make a selection. Once I have placed my order the food was prepared quickly and delivered to me by a very pleasant staff member. The food was extremely tasty, the size of the Cheeseburger and Fries was impressive and the cost was quite reasonable for high quality, gourmet food. All-in-all a very pleasant experience and I thoroughly recommend this restaurant.

I’ve never had a bad meal here. Unlike most fast food restaurants, they cook your meat fresh to order rather than just putting together pre cooked beer patties. Portions are huge (generous amount of chips, refillable drinks, big burgers with a lot of choice of fillers: mushrooms/onions/ sauces/lettuce/tomatoes etc). Some complain that it’s “too expensive”; I couldn’t disagree any more. The quality is better than any restaurant burger I’ve ever eaten and it’s cheaper than any I’ve seen. It’s more expensive than a typical “fast food” burger but you get what you pay for. I’m happy to pay a few pounds more for better quality and many agree.

Great service and the burger was delicious! Came with loads of fries even just with a regular fries order.

They make the ugliest yet the tastiest burgers in the area… but you do pay for it and as a treat occasionally it’s great.\\nBut the price paid for a drinks cup full of chips? £5.50… now that’s taking the p*ss but when they’re cold and not cooked fresh as you arrive… that’s why they get 3 stars and not the 5 those tasty burgers deserve.

I went to FIVE GUYS in Kingston for the one thing I always go to FIVE guys .\\nCAJUN SPICED FRIES;) and they did not disappoint. I always go for the large perfect for 2! Crisp haven. Actually their fries are so good, is dangerous to love next to a Five Guys;) I only give 4 Stars to motivate the chain to finally bring out a good vegan burger. I know is hard as it is a traditionally beef burger place but the world is changing and having plant based options can only be good for business and the world.

Awful customer service. 20 minutes for a milkshake when I asked 5 minutes in where it is everyone else who was in my group had their food and drinks. When I asked the one who was making them him and his college was laughing at me. It was so disrespectful to see that from a fast food place what has such high expectations. For the first time coming I definitely won’t be coming back. When I asked for a manager he still have the courage to sit there and laugh.\\n\\nThen when I got the milkshake 25 minutes after. It had food all over it. Where his hands weren’t clean. Not impressed at all!!

Been a while since I had one of these, and no complaints. It's fast food, but decent. Nice that you build the burger yourself, refillable soft drinks a bonus too. Staff efficient and polite but not exactly a towering asset to the franchise. Quiet, clean, fast but perhaps a little expensive. Restrooms surprisingly presentable.

Purchased a meal with drinks, food was hot burgers were good but the soft drinks machine was serving flat drinks when this was brought to the attention of five Guys they were aware of the issue and would not offer a refund but were happy to keep taking customers money in the hope they wouldn’t notice and fleece each customer £3.75 a drink
