Overpriced and overcooked. Burger ? was so crispy and the chips were so fried they were inedible. Save your money and go somewhere else.

We visited on a busy Saturday evening. Deliveroo seems to take priority with a constant number of delivery drivers coming in which delays the delivery of food to customers in the restaurant.A group of 6 guys left because the food was taking so long.When we got the food, which for a burger and chips each plus tip it was £34. The chips were cold, had half a slice of bacon on the burger. No drinks, no sides. Total rip off. Very poor.If the food was top notch you wouldn’t mind but it’s bang average.

Friendly staff abd great burgers. Blue cheese burger (add in som bacon) and you'll be in a beefy, cheesy heaven. Good beer and shakes too...

Arrived for lunch around 3 pm – cool vibes and friendly staff, although had to flag a waiter at a couple of tables; it's Sunday, so fair enough. Bummer that my go-to burger and preferred side weren't available – guess it's just bad luck. They've got a solid lineup of sauces, including Tabasco, which was a nice touch. On the downside, beer came in a can, and the glass was warm. With a £25 bill for a burger, fries, and a drink, expectations were up, but the burger was just okay. Chips, though? Solid. Overall, it was alright, but those prices won't be bringing me back anytime soon.

Ordered the Mighty meaty burger, with onion rings and a strawberry shake.Had to ask to clear the table.On presentations of burger was very disappointed.While the quality of the meat of the burger was good , the two six ounce burger patties it look like a double cheeseburger for a child!The strawberry shake was a oreo shake. The presentation of the shake was presented in a metal shaker to keep the shake cold , was offered a glass to pour the shake into.£15 for the "mini burger", £4.95 for onion rings and £5 for a milkshake could have been better spent at 5 Guys or McDonalds!Not good value for money and bad service on top!Would not recommend this place!Big mistake!

The food was really bad no flavour at all and the quality looks really bad, we have been to other GBK in different places but this was not good at all.Also the new dish with chicken wings was nasty.The bathrooms were dirty even the one for the baby changing.The people that worked there polite and niceDefinitely not recommend at all!!

I ordered from Uber eats during the week, had a taxi burger. The burger was burnt and pink although I asked for welldone. I asked for relish and got some sort of mustard instead. Disappointed. Don’t order on a weekday. I won’t be ordering / eating in here.
