I’ve tried to fill in your contact us form twice about previous issues, which you’ve decided to completely ignore. Really need to get some new management in this branch. Supervisor is SO rude to customers and staff. As for food, they don’t seem to have much control regarding stock replenishment. It’s all either stone cold or there’s none available & stood waiting for it to finish in the oven. Reading other reviews I can see other customers clearly talking about the same supervisor. Seems like someone needs to do something about it. No wonder why you have such a high turnover of staff.

A horrible place for the customers and also for the staff!! The manager is always confused and blames the staff and the customer for her mistakes n the supervisor is always shouting God knows for what !! Not a customer centric place n not an employee centric work environment. They treat customers according to the list of items they order and their appearance... No patience to serve the customer politely they r always in a hurry. The manager & the supervisor treats the staff very poorly... Honestly It was a nightmare to work there !!

Sunday morning 14/05/2023I went to the shop to get a sandwich because working and rushed the person who served me this morning done payment more expensive that it was she made me pay 1 pounds 70 extra on then I said it was not right and she start getting in panic not even understanding what she was saying talking fast . She been so rude kept me there for a refund that I didn't get also she has no manner how to talk to a client what a distress morning just for a sandwich been so rude to me also when I said I have no refund in my phone she said (COME BACK VERY RUDE) .It seem in this place there are people in charge who they have no clue what means working behind counter and be nice to client. Will never spend one penny in this place what horrible experience look like they give you a favour when you buying something in this shop . Very rude Manager that should not be in that place screaming to client so rude. By the way it look like they charge extra on purpose to make money in the end no sandwich, no refund lost 4 pounds 80 pence no money for another sandwich just rudeness from this person. Wow horrible ?

Rudest supervisor ever. Just started screaming at me and multiple other customers after politely asking for a bacon roll. I paid for the bacon roll and then was told they had run out after being charged. I was fine with that, however for someReason the supervisor/ slash manager just started screaming at me for them being out of bacon and for me paying??? Then she starts shouting at another customer and refuses to give himHis food and kicks him out for asking for ketchup? Literally two other people just left without their food and everyone left so confused as this woman was the rudest person I’ve ever come across. Very bizzare. Ham Greggs used to have lovely employees now this supervisor is always so so rude and makes the experience very uncomfortable. This was the worst by far. Won’t be coming back if I ever see her there. Would give no status if I could

Absolutely horrific experience. I usually go nearly every day to get my breakfast, the bill came to £7.40 and I gave £20.40 and the assistant manager who served me gave me back £8. I kindly asked that she gave me less change, it was meant to be £13. Then she said ‘this is why you shouldnt have given the 40p’ and I said ‘its simple maths i dont know whats so confusing’. Then the manager came and she couldnt do the maths either and became very rude. I asked for my money back and left. They have no respect even to their daily customers. Absolutely disgusted.

I am giving only one but I could give none.The lady serving was constantly touching her hair, face, mouth and nose, so I didn't buy anything at the end.They should have at least the minimal knowledge of what is it to handle food, she wants wearing gloves.Lately I have notice the service is not good and the food is cold, such a shame, it was in Greggs Richmond.
