Very disappointed with delivery from Just Eat which was delivered on 12 March 2024 at 7.20pm.Instead of the original chicken recipe, we received small pieces with bones and wings; there was not a single chicken leg, manager at KFC told me to contact Just Eat, but I'm sure it not fault of delivery Services, because KFC add pieces of chicken to orders.I was very dissatisfied and didn’t eat this " bones" .Straight away called the store, but no one answered.Now I only personally come and take my order at KFC.Never ordering again.

Ordered three-pieces of chicken with fries. Two pieces of chicken was what you would call the ribs, no meat just coating and bones other was a small thigh. Fries were OK. This is the worse kfc I have been to and is a embarrassment to kfc. Don't know where they get their chicken?

Food is great and quickly prepared. However let down by customer service. My dad and I order two meals to eat-in. The guy at the counter reluctant to give us any cutlery & tissues when asked and grimaced. Not sure why. It would be great if customer service could be improved in future, thank you.In summary, food 4 stars, service 2 stars.

Quick order! Spicy wings were stale and just covered in heavy batter, hardly much chicken to eat. Your better off going other branches for better quality wings.

Ordered a deal displayed on the kfc app and website but Febin, ‘the manager’ refused to serve it and continued coming up with multiple excuses not to serve it, he was argumentative and rude and I would not recommend to anyone to come here ever would give zero stars if I could.
Nice to visitVery good qualityBut the price is too muchPopped in here yesterday night for a bite to eat and a couple of London Pride beers. Place is friendly, clean, comfortable with a nice atmosphere . I had the sandwiches and meals to me and my family , which was very nice but not the right portion , the meals was not enough for the kids even me and my wife, drinks was very tasty and poured just right and staff pleasant and friendly. defiantly i will not go back.
