Ordered a quick Mc for lunch while working. Driver arrived late, he took the food out and it was soaked in the Fanta, started dripping on my porch instead of keeping it for himself. And when I advised I could not accept such a order they just left it there on the ground for me to thrash. Should not have treated myself with some junk food, or at least not from this dreadful place.

The food was okay, but the ice cream and milkshake machine wasn't working when I visited. The service was alright, no issues and the food was served quickly. The place was not the best McDonald's I've been to, because the place was packed and a bit cramped, especially the washrooms. Overall, not the best McDonald's....

Every time we go in there , the self service machines have not got any receipts available to print out !We try to get the order number but it flashes up so quickly that we can barely see it !Have had to go to the main order till and ask for the number numerous times and when I ask why the machines aren’t working properly they say that it’s been like that for a long time!Well with all the money that you make there ,why not invest in repairing or replacing the machines?Also nine times out of ten the food is either barely warm enough or just outright cold !

Ordered through McDonald’s app, expected delivery via Uber Eats. Order marked as delivered; it never arrived. Neither McDonald’s nor Uber Eats offered a solution due to the order’s status. McDonald's directed me to contact Uber Eats for assistance. However, Uber Eats informed me that they cannot help since my order was placed directly through the McDonald's app, not theirs. This leaves me in a loop with no resolution or refund for my lost order. Disappointed in the lack of care and accountability from both parties.Update 08/03/2024After an exhaustive and frustrating ordeal trying to resolve an undelivered order issue with McDonald's and Uber Eats, my efforts have hit a wall. Despite presenting indisputable evidence, such as camera footage proving no delivery attempt was made, both companies have shrugged off responsibility. Seeking assistance from my bank offered a glimmer of hope, yet, disappointingly, they too were unable to help, citing network rules. This situation has left me wondering who can actually provide support when substantial evidence of service failure is blatantly ignored by such large entities.

Kerry has amazing customer service and she is a great asset to the place. I don’t expect top notch customer service at a McDonalds but I felt like she deserves to be highlighted. Super friendly, very knowledgeable, she’s an asset to the business. I would certainly employ her myself. She deserves lots of credit.
