Very slow if you order online to collect, got there at the time I had placed my order and had to wait 50 minutes because apparently they had not even starting preparing it.

Food had something to do with my stomach, I had to rush to the toilet. I think the quality has been cut to keep the price low and it was full of young people (that probably can digest better than me).Cutlery was unavailable and had to go hunting for it. The service people tried their bestI remembered better food

Had the worst experience at Nandos Kingston for the first time in two years. The manager Amanda was very rude and sarcastic at the same time. Rather than being welcoming to customers, they were sharing their procedures in a very aggressive and sarcastic tone while we were waiting at the door. A colleague of theirs had already come to us and told us that we can wait for our table at the door, he was very polite and asked us to wait to be seated. However, Amanda came in with their procedures and told us that apparently they take note of allergy requirements at the door and that is why we cannot go to a table on our own and be seated but in the past 2 years our allergy requirements have always been taken at the till while placing our order.They were extremely rude and very unprofessional while speaking to us and constantly used a sarcastic tone.All of the employees we have interacted with previously and on this occasion have been courteous and welcoming, apart from Amanda. Please ensure your managers are setting the right example for the rest of the staff.

I have eaten at this specific Nando’s at least once a week for over 12months now and have always received great customer service until I met a person for the first time today, who I can’t tell whether was a male or female in todays world but the persons name was Amanda and they claimed to be the manager.Upon arrival there wasn’t anyone at the entrance to seat us but as we could see downstairs was busy, my friend took it upon himself to quickly check upstairs to know whether it will be worth the wait and then came back downstairs to confirm there were some tables available.I was then greeted by Amanda as I waited for my friend to come back downstairs and said I am just waiting for him to come down to let me know if there was any tables available, which he then did within a few seconds… but then Amanda clearly didn’t like this and basically told us off like we were little disobedient school children, lecturing us about why we shouldn’t just go and check as they have specific procedures in place where we can only be seated by a member of staff as the member of staff has to ask us if we have any allergies (which for me has only ever happened when I am at the till ordering my food) but also commented straight after to say we wouldn’t do this if it was any other restaurant so confidently and sarcastically like we have known her for years so at that point my friend walked straight out as he felt she was being so rude and disrespectful and it was also embarrassing as customers started to look at us so we just decided to leave and eat somewhere else due to such poor customer service thanks to AMANDA.

Arrived at Nando's around noon, let us pick our own seats in the laid-back atmosphere. The service was both prompt and friendly, and it was a nice touch being able to use the NHS discount for both of us. The loyalty scheme is pretty good too. You can customise how you want your chicken cooked. However, the hiccup was our meals arriving at different times – my friend finished eating before mine even showed up. It's a recurring thing at Nando's, and they might want to look into fixing that.

Gotta love the lovely building of this Nandos. Must be hundreds of years old. I love how they kept the original wooden beams and brick walls. Foods were pretty good as well and they changed my burnt chicken wings too. But too many knackers and noisy teenagers.
