There’s no rhyme or reason why this station and the one at park road roundabout have no EV charger, I have to drive for miles to use my shell recharge card, it’s pathetic and you can’t even get through to anyone to discuss or explain that north Kingston has hundreds of EV users who would be potential customers

I always feel confident when I fill up at Shell. The fuel is always top quality, and the staff are friendly and helpful. I also appreciate the fact that Shell offers a variety of amenities, such as coffee shops, convenience stores, and car washes. I would definitely recommend Shell to anyone looking for a reliable and convenient place to fuel up.

Screen wash not filled over one week,I did paid twice (£1) over 7 days unit is empty no one fills it???I did complain in the store no one cares, no customer serviceIt is my local shop but NO MORE

It has Waitrose which is a plus.I use shell mostly because I can pay from the application so that I don't have to go into the shop.
Popped in to grab some lunch. Meal deal items not labelled. Queue back to the door, far too long to wait just to ask about the meal deal items. No staff on shop floor. Clearly needs more employees

Clean store. Good selection of produce which is handy if you forgot something in your weekly shop. Decent wine and beer selection. I've never seen a pump out of order at this location and there is plenty of customer parking if you don't need fuel. Note that the DIY car wash was sadly sacrificed to make room for the extra parking and larger store.

We always preferred shell as they have good service, shops etc but there is no baby changing unit in any of the stations and toilets which is really disappointing :((

Not bad as petrol stations go I wouldn't plan a family holiday there mind you, But the air pump is the only local one that is rarely out of service.
