Big name, big disappointment.Went for a coffee, and staff literally gave a flat stare straight tone reply that hazelnut is finished. When will it be available? Can we offer you anything else? Nothing of the sort said. Went again, asked for the same coffee, and got the same flat tone. This time, I asked, is it going to be available again or not? Now the counter staff said that no, it won't be available. Such a high level of customer service can only be at Costa, where if you don't ask the right question, you will only get a spat answer. They won't bother explaining anything to you. To the point customer service!Staying well away from this branch as staff is less than helpful and lack of common courtesy. It's not an experience I would want others to have. Perhaps this branch is "overlooked & ignored." Who knows?There are better coffee shops around bakers arms than this Costa branch.

Atmosphere ruined by tonns of refugees seeking help from people who gather at costa as a meeting point. Women get stared at to the point if you are female and want to chill here you will be stared at by large groups od asylum seekers.

Rude and dismissive staff, talk to you like there doing YOU a favour by letting you spend your money here.I live locally and have been a few times but just when I think for convenience/practicality I’ll go to my local, I immediately regret it.Definitely won’t be going here again.Only the gentleman ( Middle Eastern looking is really nice)
