First time trying Uyghur food, overall very delicious mains and great value for money.Lambtugur dumplings: delicious, dough is thicker than other Asian dumplings I’ve had, almost similar to a pelmeni. The meat is well seasoned and goes well with the vinegary chilli oilDiced Leghmen: was intrigued by the idea of diced noodles and it definitely delivered. I had Ganbian, stir fried lagman with beef, yesterday and I just loved it. It was so delicious. Also, traditional elements in the restaurant generates authentic ambiance that makes feel yourself in their country. Highly recommended…
