Apologies for the delay. On January 26, 2019, I was unwell and decided to order an £11.74 pizza for delivery. Unfortunately, I never received the pizza and did not receive a refund either. The most memorable part of this experience was an unpleasant phone conversation with a staff member. Since that day, I have not purchased Domino’s pizza again and I assure you that it will not happen in the future.

Second time I ordered, second time phone call and they say they are outside and can't find the place. First time I fell for it and went outside and guy was just standing outside the main door. Just lazy to come to the 2nd floor. Second time when they rang me and said they can't find the place I've said they exactly know where they are and they rang the bell after that! I'm paying for the delivery. I want my order to get delivered to my door. If I want to go outside, I would eat in the restaurant. Not gonna order anymore.

Guys please be aware,The male manager on the phone is very aggressive and simply rushes every call. He is not polite and does not listen to what you say. All he knows is to rush the phone call to shut the phone to answer others.

Gluten free veggie pizza was disgusting .. cold... not even cut. And the price for gluten free base is ridiculous its literally a joke to charge that for such a bad pizza I couldn't even eat it. Please don't get excited over their gluten free stuff if you have newly known or long term sensitivities because this is not edible at all..

I've been to this domino's branch enough to know that it is routine to enter the establishment and wait to be served for no other reason than the staff who are assigned to taking orders prefer to continue their casual conversations before they get to you. This happens every.single.time (but im done with this place so they won't get me again lol).It's so bold and so amusing that i have to laugh. They will look you straight in the eye, no greeting, just a look, and then they'll get back to gossiping amongst each other before they eventually make it over to the customer.If they could just train their customer service staff this place would be fine.

The food is never hot by the time it arrives, not worth the price! This is not Domino’s original pizza. The food is not good quality & it’s nothing like the Domino’s it used to be. The staff are rude & have no customer service skills! Very rude management!

The staff particularly the “manager” is awful here! Unnecessarily extremely rude and nasty. We called ahead after ordering on the app to ensure the pizza was safe to eat for my friend with an allergy, he said that he was not prepared to change the order and we would have to buy another one. He has been so difficult to say the least over the past year over the most minuscule of things, we love domino’s but rarely order it because he is quite frankly a word that I should not mention online. Nasty, mean and has no care for anyone with allergies!!!!! Beware, never call unless you want a basic margarita! Even then he’ll make you feel like you’re a massive inconvenience. Awful person, consistently.Lovely delivery man!

Well I have ordered a few times from this branch.I gave 2 stars which is not bad but could have been a lot better.I mean Pizza dough and base was dry and lacklustre quite unlike Dominos.I asked for double extra cheese to see if some thick stretching cheese will lace up the pizza but it was fairly dull and not stretching cheese at all,just a plain base with normal dry-ish cheese not synonymous with Dominos which really boasts of fresh cheese quality.I can't give any more stars unless they can improve and impress me with proper stretching and fresh cheese that Dominos is renowned for and a better looking fresh dough rather than hard and rough burnt sort of dough edges..Potato wedges were really nice so full marks there,loved those.

Ordered 2 pizzas on the app and wanted one pizza with pineapple but the app wouldn’t allow to only do it on one so we called to tell them this and the manager was extremely rude and told us that there’s no such thing as pineapple allergy and that the pizzas were in the oven and he can’t do anything about it. He was arguing with us on the phone for ages ! It’s a forth time this branch messed up my order and the manager is just the rudest person I’ve ever dealt with. Last time time I was given a free pizza and they messed it up again ! Honestly the manager should consider changing his career as he shouldn’t be dealing with people. The worst experience… again…

Very pathetic service this store provide. I ordered my pizza 1 hour ago and in tracking app its showing it's delivered but after calling store they were saying dirver is left wait for 5 mins and after that they stop answering my call. When i asked for refund they said driver is outside and I received the worst pizza not at all hot.
