Easily the worst KFC I have ever been to. Poor customer service, didn't accept voucher and claimed that I couldn't redeem it because they didn't want to honour the offer. I will never go back.

Ordered multiple box meals via delivery. Each box meal had a different item missing. Bags were sealed so multiple mistakes by the store. Had same issue before on pickup. No apologies, staff look at you like it's your fault.

Food was all greasy , literally oil dripping of itThe toilets weren’t cleaned and the tap was broken hanging of the toilet sink tables weren’t clean .Never Had eaten or experienced kfc food like this in Manchester.

The worsest service ever. It is only 60 min car parking. Even if we have to stay longer for the queue and the wrong service at the till.The other day I have bin with my two boys (one is even 17 months) so takes me time too to feed him as well for lunch at the kfz and then plus this the manager gave me wrong change back, and then after I have recived my order they told me what I want it they have not added to my order and then again I have to go to the till because the Bürger was not what my son wanted. So this all cost me times to stay longer and recived at last a car parking penalty. All the manager answer was sorry I can’t help you with that. You better should train your staff properly at the till and think if this make a sense dining in for 60min with your wrong service.Parking: The worse’s ever they parking. Not at all for Family with kids.

I asked for salt some idiot said it was already in the bag but it wasn’t. Scam. I got some popcorn chicken snack box there was barely any popcorn chicken waste of time leave me alone I’m so annoyed. Pee off. They’re all deceivers tryna scam you I want to cry.
First of all thank you KFC workers for checking out on us this is totally not your fault but I have to write this review in to protect our families because what happened today wasn’t acceptable i am still in scare and shock and lucky that nothing happened police was called made complaint to KFC office because they need to be aware of this situations check cctv do something about it to protect public children people need security in this KFC.First of all I walked into kfc with 3 children 2 adults as we walked in a thug walked into KFC with a large dog inside went to a side table with the dog acting weird then kfc staff told him he had to leave he left with no problem but he was shaking his body looking around dangerously don’t know what he was doing then he left 2mins later he come back with 1 more man total 2 man 1 dog inside kfc getting all the chairs blocking the door so nobody escapes and said what a good day today so many children aswell and stacking chairs behind the entrance door when I heard the man say that I told the kids and my friend to go into the toilets with me as we was going into the toilets the man’s went into the kitchen we locked our self in the toilets called police was on the phone to police I thought it was our last day I didn’t know what was happening inside I just thought ye his killing them we wasn’t safe then two kfc workers after 10mins came into the toilets looking for us and said it’s safe to come out I come out and then we took our stuff and left I don’t know what happened how they left was to scared and shocked I just wanted to be out of there I think police still went this shouldn’t be happening the kids were crying please families avoid this kfc it’s not kfc fault but it’s totally a thug area went leyton leisure centre after a swim hungry but no no no please avoid totally thug area wish I knew before was my first time and last time workers and customers need to be safe you either shut this place or put security and protect public but to be honest 1 security won’t be enough you have many thugs ,they scared to kill because they plan was hurt the kids I heard them I thought a terrorist attack we can’t come out but we did thank god hopefully they rot in hell and prison made my kids cry

Unfortunately this was yet another really disappointing KFC experience for me. I keep returning hoping the company and brand will have turned a corner. The batter isn't tasty any longer and the service was abysmal.Staff seemed 'zoned out' and really forgetful or distracted.Throw in high prices, small portions and well I won't be back soon. Sorry KFC but you're wrecking what was once the best high street fast food chain around!Parking: The parking is policed by intimidating wheel clampers, so make sure you have proof (receipt) that you purchased food at the restaurant.

Worst service and huge arrogance by VIJAYAOn collecting my order I checked the bag immediately as this branch is notoriously known to miss adding all ordered items. On checking I found Chips and dips missing. On asking she didnt even look at me and said, check your bag correctly, we dont miss on anything. I asked her to check by herself but she said am busy, do it yourself. One good lady amongst your employees came forward and checked it to find the items were missing. Then apologised and gave me the items. Vijaya is going to bring shame to this branch of KFC
