Pizza arrived hot and sooner than I thought. Great vegan options and friend service from delivery guy and when I called to make a slight change to my order. Will order from here again.

1.30 hour waiting for pizza. I live about 5min from the store. I called 3times to cancel my order and get refund instead they brought me cold pizza after 1.30hour wait.

One of the worst experiences. The pizza we ordered had ‘stones’ in it. We had ordered some sides with it as well. The store agreed to deliver a new pizza (as a favor) only after we caught them making snarky remarks in their local language which we heard and understood what they meant. They never apologised for their mistake. So even when they delivered the new pizza, we didn’t eat it as the way they answered our query and responded to this incident was not at all professional.

The delivery took slightly over and hour, which I don't mind, as I know the roads are icy still, so the service might be a little delayed. However, the pizza was barely warm and over cooked. This is not the first time I have had cold pizza from here and which is why I have to leave a review this time. I think they are sending too much food out on one delivery run, and if your not at the begin, you end up recieveing cold food. Won't be giving this place another chance dissapoint me and ruined my dinner meal.

I always have papa johns pizza 2 time a week best vegan pizza in the UK (I'm not vegan but I eat vegan pizza sometimes) if anyone wants to try something new get vegan cheese and mozzarella cheese on top it tastes like cream after it gets cooked togetherVegetarian options: It's not halal but if you ask them to make a pizza with clean topping maybe they will do it I got mine the same wayParking: There is public parking on the road

This store has made multiple times mistakes and they don't take any responsibility to fix it.Today i made an order over the phone, i asked that i want to pay cash to let his driver know and be prepared to have chains, i was waiting 45mins even the fact that im 10mins away, the driver came and he didn't have any money on him at all to give me the chains, considering also that papajohns now charge you anyway £1.99 for a delivery and then, the driver was asking me to leave without giving me any chains, then after i refused of course he called the manager in the Walthamstow branch and he told me that in 1min the manager will call me to my phone to asked me to give him my bank details in order to send me my chains back through my bank (lol), i was waiting more 30 mins and no phone call, then i wasted more of my time to call again the Walthamstow branch and the manager told me that he cant send the money through my bank and he will send again one driver to give me my money back.He didn't offer any voucher for this mess he created and he didn't even apologise.Guys the worst store and the worst customer service with people have no clue to manage this branch!AVOID THIS STORE!

Yesterday I placed an order through the website and to my surprise the order never arrived because the shop was already closed, but their website showed that they were closing at midnight. The next day I called the shop to ask for answers and the manager rudely replied that this was impossible because the shop was already closed and that it was my fault for not having checked Google Maps which is where they have their updated opening hours, as they do not work with Papa John's website. I was totally flabbergasted to which I tell him that I can still see my queued order from the website and if they will at least refund my money and he tells me that he doesn't know anything and that they will most likely refund me in 3-7 days, I ask him for some customer service number to ask for help and he keeps telling me "I don't know, I can't help you, I have nothing for you, bye bye". And he hung up on me. No words for this kind of customer service.

Ordered 2 large pizzas, potato bites with bacon and special garlic sauce.Pizzas are great (5/5), potato bites was with 1 chopped slice of bacon (1/5) and special GARLIC sauce tastes just like fat oil (0/5) - yak. Even couldn't eat this s$%t.Pizzas are the best, though ?
