The decor and atmosphere is great however, our food was well below standard. I visited on a Monday for dinner with a table of 9. The main problem was that the food was cold when brought to the table having waited over an hour from order to receive just the main course. As well as being cold a few of the steak dishes were overcooked. The consume shown on the menu was not available but nobody mentioned this until trying to order. The toilets also had an unpleasant sewer type smell.

Excited to visit 14 Hills after seeing the photos and reading the description. Went as 4 adult’s for cocktails at 6pm on Thursday. Seated at a dark table, behind reception, nowhere near the view, sitting on a banquette, not ideal for four to chat. The only other table offered was by the toilets. The toilets are unisex and smell terrible. After our first order, no waiter could be hailed, although we eventually had two more rounds, delivered sporadically and sullenly. the service was underwhelming. A very expensive twelve drinks. I’ll be cancelling my upcoming lunch reservation and won’t be back. Very disappointing.

Good food. Terrible TERRIBLE service with staff leaders having a bad attitude that makes for an uncomfortable evening. Being told that you have to vacate the table in an hour and half when you arrive is odd. There are many restaurants in London - avoid this one thou.

Incredible dining experience! The food was superb and the views are incredible. We went to grab brunch and the service was really good. The music a little bit too loud for my taste but had a great experience

This is really a 5* restaurant with an amazing atmosphere. The team really deserve a round of applause as I came for a dinner reservation for me and my partner and came out with a smile on our faces. They made the night magical. The food tasted absolutely amazing and the view and decorations makes this place stand out truely. Will definitely come again

This was a lovely dining experience. There is a sophisticated yet laidback atmosphere here and the irony of the botanical theme, against the backdrop of the city through those huge glass windows is not lost on the patrons! The food was sublime, the crab and lobster dishes we had were simply perfect.Staff on hand there were polite and attentive yet not in your space to the point of feeling overwhelmed, and where we were seated had scatted cushions for the ultimate feeling of relaxation and opulence.Would definitely go again, perhaps during the day next to time to see the view in that lighting and get the opportunity to visit the garden on the floor above. As this was closed during our night time dining experience.Kid-friendliness: Saw some some young children there and a baby. The menu doesn’t have a children’s option so to speak but there were things on there I’m sure children would enjoy. Especially in the desert section.

Atmosphere was lovely, the layout of the restaurant is great , service was impeccable. However the few dishes I had from starter , main and dessert I was not very impressed with the lack of flavour and presentation but that is my personal opinion. Having said that the view of the Shard and London was nice .

As good as it gets. Fantastic food, great bar, amazing cocktails and the best service you can imagine. This is one of the best restaurants in central London. Recommended.

Came here on a first date for some cocktails and it was the best first date I’ve ever been on. I think the person whom I went on the date with could have been a big factor in my having an extremely pleasant experience, however the two of us chose a different cocktail each first time and got our decisions spot on to the point where we didn’t even want to try any other cocktails. I ordered citrus symphony and my date ordered hidden gems. Couldn’t recommend them enough, so refreshing and they stand out in my mind when comparing 14 hills’ cocktails to its competitors in surrounding areas.

We had dinner at 14 Hills with some friends. The ambience and interior of the restaurant and views of the city are all stunning. I found the lady working on the front desk/cloakroom to be so friendly and welcoming, the other staff could maybe take a leaf out of her book. The service was very slow at times, especially taking our order for drinks and serving the drinks to us, and we had to remind staff of things we had ordered and were waiting for. We ordered chateaubriand which was tasty and the béarnaise sauce was to die for! However I have certainly tasted better elsewhere and to be honest I was expecting to be blown away with the price tag. The Gavi wine was delicious. 13.5% service charge is added to the bill which I feel is rather high. I have been to better places in London for a fraction of the price but it was a lovely evening, I just wouldn’t rush back. You are ultimately paying for the views. The food is good but does not have the wow factor.

We have had the pleasure of dining here several times in the past and have a wonderful experience. However we dined here tonight and it was disappointing not sure if it has changed hands but the food was not to standard and service was shocking. When speaking with the management they were dismissive and uninterested in our concerns. We would definitely think twice about coming again. We came for a birthday celebration which was in the booking and was completely ignored.Vegetarian options: Not a lot offered but ok!

Beautiful decor and decent food (as expected with price point). What was not expected however was the horrible customer service. We had a 20:30 birthday dinner reservation. Between the starters and mains there was over an hour and half wait. We had asked for updates on the food a couple times and no one got back to us. The waiter for our table practically abandoned the table by the end of our meal. No one came to take our dessert orders and we couldn’t even ask for our bill so we went to the front desk. Where the lady was extremely rude, she then got the manager who ‘attempted’ to help us by removing some sides from the bill (bearing in mind we were still charged full service charge). Overall would not recommend if you aren’t white/European or accompanied by anyone who is. As tables around us were seen to and served quickly.

I recently celebrated my birthday and it was an unforgettable experience from start to finish. From the moment we walked in, we were greeted by a team of lovely staff who were not only professional but also incredibly friendlyThe menu is a masterpiece. The cocktails were equally outstanding and perfectly complemented our meal. The overall vibe and atmosphere was simply extraordinary. Thanks to Imran and other team members for a great service and a fantastic night
