I have always been to Pret and love it but my recent visit was the stand out one where I feel I need to write a review. Working in Bank, I visited the Pret branch on cullum street/ fenchurch street and was greeted by the staff in the politest and very warm friendly way. Although they were working hard, they all had a smile on their faces, good sense of humour and it appeared how much they enjoyed serving people. Delicious coffee, delicious pastries. There is nothing to interpret. Otherwise there is a lot of talk about fair and sustainable production, but at the same time masses of paper and plastic packaging.
