Reasonably tasty Japanese / Bao Bun fusion-style restaurant located in the Hilton in Westminster.Good choice of food options, friendly staff. Food is reasonably good - and well priced compared to other options in the area.Pleasant casual dining area. Recommended.

A little snack and drink here after checking in at the hotel! We had all three different types of bao and they were all delicious. Drinks can be picked up in the cooler, along with some of their sandwiches. Place is card only, so no cash. We sat inside and enjoyed the food.

We had a lazy night in the hotel and grabbed a quick dinner at Bao Yum. The Bao were not good. The dough was tasteless and the fillings were not pleasant. Do not recommend.

It was my first time to Bao Yum and I must say it won't be my last. The restaurant was clean and tidy and the staff welcoming. As It was my first time,I was asking about the different items, the women was helpful and polite. I believe she said her name was Cindy. The food had a great flavour to it and I really enjoyed the overall experience. Next time I hope to bring my friends with me

Food is excellent, especially the Japanese Pork Belly Bao, however, the woman working there was very hostile towards us, staring at us while we ate our food, and not greeting nor smiling at customers. It definitely worsened our experience there

My daughter loves a poke bowl and a bun. It was the first time that she barely touched anything. The sushi rice in the poke bowl was undercooked and extremely dry and the bao ban fillings were quite tasteless. Really poor quality food. I wouldn’t recommend this place.

Decided to go here for lunch after checking the menu on their website. Turns out the menu is really outdated and they didn't have the vegan options I came here specifically to eat. Disappointing and waste of time.

Only 1 veggie choice, no ketchup, long walk for a poor outcome. Menus online are very old, overall poor experience

The quality of the food was concerning. 2 stars however because the service was great.

Had the chance to visit bao yum, ordered chicken satay and beef bbq. Both of the bao’s had an amazing flavours that has satisfied my bao cravings.

The food does not taste good and both my husband and me got upset stomachs. The bao were such a disappointment. If you're craving them, this is not the place. I do not recommend at all.

Nice quality bao’s, very tasty and the sauces are all mixed perfectly. It also offers a large range drinks. Perfect for a quick break
