We got in got put on a small table next to another table inches away, felt like i was having a meal with strangers. I walked in with my chinese wife already being ignored, not even a hello, fine. Seated in wanted to go to the bathroom so i got up to ask a staff, came face to face with a tall chinese guy who was talking right through me completely ignoring me. I tried being polite to say hello after a actual staredown of at least 8 seconds he walked of completely ignoring me after talking to a chinese girl behind me (im white) so i went to the other short fat guy he ignored me as much as he could while he stared down at the floor. Idk maybe there intmadated by my insanely muscular figure, eventually after interogating him he told me where the bathroom was.

The dishes are small and expensive, and the service is terrible. They don’t even provide tap water and charge a 12% service fee.

The service attitude is poor, the men in white clothes make a bad face, and tipping is compulsory. The portions of the dishes are small and expensive.

Yummy good and authentic Sichuan dishes. If you are there first time trying out Sichuan cuisine would recommend asking for recommendation from staff. Quite helpful. Do book a table in advance to avoid waiting. Thanks for looking at review hope you enjoy the space as much as we did!

Super disappointed. The food was salty and oily. Worst service ever. They were pretty rude and really ruined the whole experience. Definitely won’t visit again.

Very poor service attitude, treated differently. When treating foreigners, I wish I could introduce each dish. Chinese people are not willing to double check after ordering, and then check the numbers on the menu. I come to have a meal and practice my memory. I have to remember to order by myself. The number of each dish? The so-called Michelin-starred Chinese food turns out to be precooked dishes? I ordered sweet and sour pork ribs. It was shown as a cold dish on the menu, but it turned out to be hot? After asking the store clerk, he admitted that we just took it out of the refrigerator and stung it, but this time we overdid it. Can only say 6Great lightning protection!
There were three tables next to each other, and each of them had a quarrel with the waiter. Of course, our table was not left behind, which was very strange, but he was very enthusiastic about the locals. They moved chairs and greeted us with smiles. We just ate what we could, don't comment. ?The cold dish came out hot. Tell me it was taken out of the refrigerator. It was hot because the microwave had been on for a long time and then left...?The service attitude is so bad. It deserves so many bad reviews and Michelin...Chinese people don’t lie to Chinese people

One of my favourite spots for Sichuan food! Seabass is stellar and their lotus root and potato dishes are great for vegetarians. Lots of choice for all dietary restrictions. Perfect for a small or large group meal, and easy to have conversations as there isn’t music blaring or anything like that. Pro tip: it can be a bit warm inside and the spice levels could make you feel warmer than usual, so maybe wear one jacket less on a winter’s day!

Delicious food. Reasonable (for London) prices. Nice people. We are fairly new to Szechuan food so took pot luck on a couple of dishes, but were not disappointed. Interesting flavours, complex warmth - not just ‘hot’. (We didn’t have the hottest options). We had hot and sour soup, chongquing noodles, aubergine and green beens, salt and pepper king prawns and salt and pepper lotus root. All delicious. If I had to pick a favourite probably aubergine and green beans - perfectly cooked. Aubergine soft without being sludgy and green beans just cooked with a bit of crunch left. Lovely savoury, hot, ginger and garlicky sauce. 2 large glasses of pleasant but undemanding wine and change from £80 before tip. Will definitely go back.
Amazing food!!!
