Top notch Chinese restaurant in London focusing on Sichuan cuisine. Well organised and popular, you'll find a large selection of Sichuan dishes (Gong Bao J'ai Ding, Mapo Dofu, Dan Dan Mian...). This was my second time in Barshu after many many years. It was a lunch booking and the food was as good as before. We ordered the cold starters of black fungus and cucumber - it was very tasty. The mains - sea bass in a bath of chillies and the aubergine/beans was terrific. The fish was melting in the mouth and the aubergines were like butter. We also ordered a noodle side to share.
