Ridiculously expensive cake. Sat down in one part of cafe with our two grandchildren, having been given our teas and cake. Few minutes later told we had to move into other cafe area as they were closing. Why serve us then?We should have been advised to go to the other restaurant area at the outset.

Not open to the public unfortunately

Food was reasonable when it was eventually served to us but that’s about the best thing I can say about this place. Tables were filthy, knives and forks and serviettes were nowhere to be found and despite there being lots of staff wandering around none of them appeared to be doing much. We waited nearly an hour for food and when I dared to go and ask the girl on the desk looked put out that she had to move to go and ask the kitchen. The attitude of the chef left a lot to be desired… it will come when it comes apparently - even though several tables of larger parties came in well after us already had their food ours took an absolute age for 4 meals. I totally understand that it was busy but there is no excuse for such poor service. I wouldn’t recommend this place at all and certainly will not be returning.

I ordered what was advertised as Fish goujons which we’re 2 hard, dry fish fingers. Awful. The side of sweet potato fries were again over cooked and tasteless. The spicy butternut squash was fine. My granddaughters half pizza satisfied a 12-year old. Small bottle of water for £2 was exhorbitant.
