A small cafe near Chancery Lane station. Part of the WatchHouse chain (I haven’t been to any of the other branches yet). I only had a coffee and stayed for a couple of hours to work. Nice environment for remote working. I couldn’t see any savoury items on the counter, so might not be the best place for lunch.
London coffee shops, normally the smell of burnt dreams and dissapointment...with the soothing sounds of baristas questioning their life choices. Not this place though. Really good coffee, efficient afficionados behind the machines and at a price that's not too bad for London. More a take out than a sit in establishment, though seats are available.

It was a second time I have visited this place, both times an excellent experience. I had a coffee and two cakes to take away which did not disappoint! Loved the atmosphere and the staff members were friendly. Will definitely come back :)
