Very good but don't go downstairs if you want to use the Internet. Their service is bad downstairs.

Could do with stocking the shelves a little more, especially with the coffee at home range. I prefer to walk to the one at St Mary's Axe - much better range of products
This used to be a great place but the service here has been gruesome the last couple of times I've been.Today, with a queue growing behind me, the sole server was a trainee who was being ordered about by two immobile members of staff on their phones. When the trainee didn't understand, one of them eventually and evidently reluctantly went to assist him. One of the staff who was on her phone decided to do some work and started sullenly pointing at us in the queue (yes, actually pointing at us) to determine whom she should serve.Rude and unhelpful. Very sad that this place has gone so downhill. Luckily the staff at Pret next door are much more professional.
