Disappointed at the lack of customer service at this venue. Rude till staff, and only given a takeaway cup to drink in with no explanation as to why, then told to move out of the way to let next customer order even tho I was in front of an unused till. I barely understood with the noise and accent what the server was telling me, he just plonked the drink on counter and was walking away. Table was also dirty.
Caffè Nero is a great option for coffee lovers. The coffee is high-quality, the food is fresh, and the service is excellent. If you're looking for a great cup of coffee, I would definitely recommend Caffè Nero.

Great location, friendly staff I had a chai latte and a Brie and tomato on focaccia bread sandwich was delicious hubby had a cappuccino and a slice of chocolate & pecan mousse cake which I am reliably informed was delicious also.
