Both Miguel and Noriko were fantastic.We ordered 3 drinks with the £1 couponsMy son aged 5 got a large chocolate grape and squeezed it and spilt it all over the floorNoriko immediately offered us another drink at no cost and Miguel said not to worry and cleared it upBoth are really kind and great at what the do. And they were both smiling throughout which was lovely.Definitely something you don’t see a lot these days so thank you both of you

I felt very welcome when I went there. It was first time I was there, and I ordered a green tea. The staff was nice, especially the blonde girl, she tried to answer my question about how many kcal in a green tea. She was confused at first, but later when she asked me to move because they were about to do closing, she said she found the answer through internet/website. I do appreciate for this kind of thing. She was super nice and friendly. Hopefully, Nero could do some appreciation for the staff who do their job sincerely.

The worse service ever the girl behind the counter her horrible actitud is incredible ,I wonder why she is in the job she doesn't enjoy?why she treated the customer like that ,and even worse she does think she can do coffees. May be but not with passion and love so do yourself a favour and to the customers and find another job

Nice and fast service. Coffee was okay, expected more.\\nSicilian lemon cheese cake was great, normal lemon cake was tasty. Raspberry, almond cake was dry and disappointing.

Don't shut sections of the cafe off half hr before you close if there are no other places! Staff had attitude with another customer. Clean up AFTER you have closed to customers.

Caffè Nero is an alright place were you would get coffee. The food is not amazing because I think it does not taste fresh enough. The coffee is quite good but I much prefer Starbucks.
