Both Miguel and Noriko were fantastic.We ordered 3 drinks with the £1 couponsMy son aged 5 got a large chocolate grape and squeezed it and spilt it all over the floorNoriko immediately offered us another drink at no cost and Miguel said not to worry and cleared it upBoth are really kind and great at what the do. And they were both smiling throughout which was lovely.Definitely something you don’t see a lot these days so thank you both of you

I felt very welcome when I went there. It was first time I was there, and I ordered a green tea. The staff was nice, especially the blonde girl, she tried to answer my question about how many kcal in a green tea. She was confused at first, but later when she asked me to move because they were about to do closing, she said she found the answer through internet/website. I do appreciate for this kind of thing. Caffè Nero is an alright place were you would get coffee. The food is not amazing because I think it does not taste fresh enough. The coffee is quite good but I much prefer Starbucks.
