The starters were good and came very quickly. There was then a long wait. One main when it came was cold..even after sending back to the kitchen it was only warm. The other main course..chicken milanese was dry and overcooked. On this showing it is unlikely we will repeat the experience.

Some highlights (squid starter, antipasti starter, and spaghetti carbonara) and staff very pleasant but let down on several fronts eg stone cold sauce served with confit duck; wine choice not available; scale encrusted wine glass and water jug; door to toilets straight opposite stuck in open position;refusal (later redacted by manager) to serve 125ml wine . All raised at the time, but nothing offered on bill to compensate, and standard service charge added automatically. Chocolate fondant had nice sauce but was a bit rubbery. Overall rather disappointed.

Carluccios used to be a cut above the other chain pasta restaurants but I had seafood linguini which was not very good made with frozen seafood. My friend had carbonara and she also was not impressed. We shared a starter of calamari which was OK. We had a few drinks and the bill was quite expensive for what we had.I think this was my last visit to Carluccios which is quite sad as I have previously eaten in this restaurant at many locations across London over the years

Warm beer for £8 and a tiny Caesar salad with 5 pieces of chicken and one anchovy for £16.50. I didn't complain but said I was disappointed when they asked how it was. Took 30% of the food, which I appreciated but I definitely won't go back. Very

I seat down and then waited and waited and waited. The waiter took the orders of 3-4 people that got there after me but not mine.

The gluten free menu is phenomenal!! Safe for celiacs and wonderful gluten free bread. Beautiful service with the nicest humans. Great place to sit and have a meal as you wait for a trainDietary restrictions: I have celiac and ate great here! Gluten free menu is wonderful and significant. I had the burrata with gf bread and a wonderful mushroom soup.

I was disappointed at the attitude of staff that showed us our table. The place, which is quite large, was quiet at the time and our table was close to open doors on a chilly winter evening. We did not feel welcome and although the food was OK, the atmosphere left a lot to be desired compared to the branch we had been to before in Kilburn. That place had no spaces at the time/day we tried to book.
