Came in at an awkward time, looking for a bite to eat before our train. Found Orlando to be very helpful and friendly in getting us our food and drink in time without us having to worry about our train. Would recommend.Thanks
Orlando treated me and my family exencently. Full credit to him for providing brilliant service. The food was lovely too setting us up nicely for our journey back home up north, would recommend.

We went here because we were in a group with children. Carluccios is perfect for that and, be advised, families come here in droves. It's just a shame how over the years the good just gets worse and worse. Entirely lacking in any flavor and, in the case of my chicken Milanese, burnt and overcooked in stale cooking oil. Really disgusting sorry. Not good enough. Never again
