Really helpful and attentive. They helped me carry cakes to the car.

The beef lasagna was so abysmal it's almost impressive that a business can decide to sell it for £16.The nice brown cooked cheese which you expect on the top of a lasagna was non-existent, it was soggy throughout as well with a remarkable watery pool at the bottom of the dish. But was it piping hot and bubbling with sauce you ask? Absolutely not, luke warm.100% this was a microwave lasagna worse and more expensive than what I can buy in any shop.

Average place despite the name. Slow service, had to get up and prompt the staff twice to serve us. Also got the gluten free order wrong. Very slow service generally. No commitment to ensuring customers have a good experience. For this price level you’re better off at Pizza Espress !

Quick beer with a hotel guest. Pricey for a beer. Then that is hotel prices.

Service was friendly but food was a bit overdone and quite salty. I thought it was slightly over-priced too.

My mother went in to book her 65th Birthday dinner for our family of 30 in the MaidaVale branch and the way my mother was treated was terrible. We celebrated our Christmas Party in The Marriott Swiss Cottage in 2022 and they couldn’t of done more for and we spent thousands in there, the staff were lovely and so pleasant. The manager on site today was rude, dismissive and just handed her the menu when she requested what was serving for dinner as we had a variety of dietary needs in the family and what would it be like, he even seem disgruntled that it would be a large party that would take up a significant corner of the restaurant. 2 younger gentleman who were working were happy to hear such a large party wanted to dine as they advised , they haven’t had party in of that size for a while. The Manager in (blue shirts) they call them handed my mum the menu and said take a picture and walked off. !!!!!! In the climate we live in i am shocked a restaurant is happy to dismiss business and loose money, especially for someone who wishes to celebrate. We will go elsewhere and spend my mum’s birthday where she is welcome.

I had the beetroot pizza and my partner had lasagne both followed with fragatto but we were told there were no biscuits to go with it so no biscuits there were. I'd asked for chilli oil for the pizza and it came after three requests in an ad hoc pot and tasted of nothing. The general space was good but spoiled by increasingly noisy people helping themselves to a buffet - putting main course macaroni cheese onto the same plate as chocolate cake - it all looked rather revolting- and generally descending on the food as if they hadn't eaten for days and helping themselves to free booze. It felt like being in the middle of coach tour. This was such a shame. I asked the waiter about the feeding frenzy and he said something about Marriott vouchers. We'd just wanted a quick meal before going to the theatre so expectations weren't high but it was pretty poor. Carluccios, if its still a separate operation, should have some words with the Marriott because the mixing of the two customer groups doesn't work.

Hello! After being in a relationship with Anderson for years, he broke up with me, I did everything possible to bring him back but all was in vain, I wanted him back so much because of the love I have for him, I begged him with everything, I made promises but he refused. I explained my problem to my friend and she suggested that I should rather contact a spell caster that could help me cast a spell to bring him back but I am the type that never believed in spell, I had no choice than to try it, I mailed the spell caster, and he told me there was no problem that everything will be okay before three days, that my ex will return to me before three days, he cast the spell and surprisingly in the second day, it was around 4 pm. My ex called me, I was so surprised, I answered the call and all he said was that he was so sorry for everything that happened that he wanted me to return to him, that he loves me so much. I was so happy and went to him. That was how we started living together happily again. Since then, I have made a promise that anybody I know that has a relationship problem, I would be of help to such a person by referring him or her to the only real and powerful spell caster who helped me with my own problem. WhatsApp him ? [email protected] you can message him if you need his assistance in your relationship or any other case 1) Love Spells 2) Lost Love Spells 3) Divorce Spells 4) Marriage Spells 5) Binding Spell. 6) Breakup Spells 7) Banish a past Lover 8.) A rarity in the UK…a decent marriott branded hotel that conforms (largely) to brand standards. Hotel was exactly what I expected and the staff were pleasant. I don’t know why this generally woeful service quality pervades the UK or why it’s tolerated but this place was pretty good! All the staff smiled and were friendly and professional. Status not recognised at check-in but I was upgraded and the room for incredibly clean; I have’t seen that for a long time. I liked the L’occitane toiletries. I was in the hotel for no more than 10 hours, 8 of which was asleep. But I liked it, and would use it again as a place to sleep for the night. The dinner at Carluccio’s was fins. I didn’t have breakfast at the hotel.

Don’t waste your time going there, tasteless food and so expensive

A great venue, with super staff. The food was delicious and ambiance perfect after a busy day. Amine, our host, was very friendly, gave some great dinner recommendations and had a good laugh with us!

Decent breakfast, comfortable bed. I was pleased the blackout shades did a good job. One really nice benefit is that rather than create a lackluster hotel gym, they contract with a gym nearby which has a swimming pool and an expansive fitness center. Really great if you’re an athletic traveler who enjoys those amenities.

Staff were welcoming, warm, friendly and informative about the menu. Food choices were good for adults and kids. Would certainly recommend

We were staying in the Marriott Kensington and loved it. Our travel plans changed slightly and we needed a couple extra nights in town but that hotel was sold out. So we reserved here. This hotel is nice, clean, the location is just ok. It’s not a far tube stop but the area feels somewhat sketchy and definitely has no delightful London vibe. The hotel makes a fine first impression, as it is clean and feels like a haven from the dreary neighborhood it’s in. Way too much perfume being sprayed in the lobby. The gal who checked us in was somewhat rude but so be it. The room is small but comfortable. The only spot that’s rough is the shower which seems downright dangerous as it is a narrow raised tub with a weird moveable glass panel that is slightly terrifying. I have no idea how larger people bathe in a set up like this without slipping or severing an artery on the glass should they fall. Water goes all over the floor in the shower so we just use an extra towel to mop the mess. We are Marriott status members and there is really no club here for a soda or breakfast, they use the restaurant instead which creates a very weird feeling among all the guests. Next time we come to London we will be back in Kensington’s Marriott which has a nicer club, location and larger rooms.
