Unexciting, uninspiring shop selling high end frozen ready meals. The staff on my visit were very courteous and helpful but the corporate image is oh, so drab!And yes, I can hear people shouting that it's the food one is buying and not the décor, but I disagree. These guys are charging near restaurant prices for a luxury product. For me, a lack of attention to detail in the environment in which I shop infers a similar lack of attention to detail in the entire process of creating the final product. If I want uninspiring, unexciting ready meals, Marks and Spencer have an extensive range at less expensive prices.

Ordering online easy and deliveries so far on time and well insulated. Find the quantities for two are often on the skimpy side, would be willing to pay a bit more for dishes so I did not have to bulk them out. Find the meat pies pretty ordinary, can do better at Waitrose. Some of the more exotic offerings are good, but need more punch, such as lamb tagine and Thai red curry. In general, a good option for decent takeaway

I have just received my second order from COOK and it is amazing. I cannot decide on my favourite because they are all delicious but the chicken djon with creamy mash is to die for. Lovely choice of puddings too. It is more expensive than the supermarkets because it is restaurant quality food. I find it great value for money. I so miss going out to eat that this is the next best thing.
The food sounds great from most of the reviews, so we wanted to order some meals from the Valentine's Day menus. However, while Valentine's Day is 14 February, all the food in that section is marked 'Available from 21 February'!! Other items also came up as unavailable. So it's either have our Valentine's meal a week late or go elsewhere...

You can browse the food at your leisure. The products are divided into different freezers for beef, lamb, chicken, vegetarian, deserts, etc. which is helpful. The food is generally delicious. It's a bit expensive, otherwise would give it 5 stars.

The staff here are utterly fantastic and the meals you get may appear to be expensive but in reality are hugely good quality and a good quantity too. As new parents it's been nothing short of a lifesaver
