Unexciting, uninspiring shop selling high end frozen ready meals. The staff on my visit were very courteous and helpful but the corporate image is oh, so drab!And yes, I can hear people shouting that it's the food one is buying and not the décor, but I disagree. Ordering online easy and deliveries so far on time and well insulated. Find the quantities for two are often on the skimpy side, would be willing to pay a bit more for dishes so I did not have to bulk them out. Find the meat pies pretty ordinary, can do better at Waitrose. Some of the more exotic offerings are good, but need more punch, such as lamb tagine and Thai red curry. In general, a good option for decent takeaway
