I asked one of the staff something and she was rude. The place was small and there wasn’t a queue system, so it took ages to get food which I eventually put back. Won’t be coming back.

I love Costa Coffee but staff on this brunch is very rude. This is the second time I experienced unhelpful and completely useless staff. I literally left the store without purchasing my coffee and bought it somewhere else. Managers should look at the attitude of the staff.

My regular stop-in for work breaks! I love the drinks and the Costa Rewards app is great. The employees are really nice and always remember me. I hurt my back a few weeks ago and wasn't in for a while and my absence had been noticed by one of the employees. All in all, a great coffee shop!

Lovely as usual. Amazing coffee, great cold drinks and sweets, the sandwiches are not bad too even though most of them are not Halal and none of them are made with brown bread or wholegrain.

Got charged 8 pounds instead of 4 pounds for chocolate with cream on top. It seemed the girl was a trainee. Unfortunately only noticed once home on my barclays app

I ordered two drinks from here this morning. The person serving me put the cups to the machine, by holding them between thumb and index/forefinger. With their two fingers inside the cup. They were not wearing gloves.I objected to this, and they denied it. I explained I had just seen them do it. The person serving me then ignored me, turned to their colleague and asked them to make me the same two drinks.If this person had something as simple as a cold, they could be spreading it to hundreds of other people. This is a failing of basic food hygiene.
One of the best macchiato I have ever had in a mainstream café here in England. The milk was perfectly frothed and the coffee shot well extracted. Raj and Adina have put a lot of care into the service, the quality of the coffee and the cleaning of the place.Highly recommended, I will probably come back!
