Very busy (buzzing) post-Xmas, pre-New Year's atmosphere, with delicious pizzas on offer (I rather enjoyed my Pizza Capricciosa), amongst a wider choice of menu items too. The New York style baked cheesecake, for dessert, was divine as well. A good selection of wines to choose from, with my happily settling on a small glass of the Nero D'Avola La Mura, organic wine. This was probably my 8th or 9th visit. With a party of 7. Food was fab as always. When one of our party was suddenly taken ill and fainted (blood pressure, not booze) they were just so so kind. Manager spent ages on phone to emergency services - every member of staff asked what could they do to help or fetch us. Honestly what lovely people. So grateful for their kindness. Went in for soup after a very cold hop on/off bus tour and we were FREEZING. Seconds after we sat down a wonderful waitress brought a garlic flat bread to the table. Such a lovely start. We ended up getting dinner along with the soup and did not regret it. Left warm, happy, full and needed to leave a review for sure. Kids had super cheesy pizza, adults had pasta. Gorgonzola gnocchi yum-yum. A little gem!
